I am constantly online and a smartphone would help me stay in touch and research quickly and on-the-fly. I am planning my wedding from another state to be in a town I am unfamiliar with(FI’s hometown). To be able to chat on the fly with my vendors, as well as having all the details right there all the time, would be so helpful-especially for my stress level!
I’m planning a wedding from Seattle with friends and family all on the East Coast and in Canada. Since I’m not supposed to use my work computer for “fun”, the Palm would enable me to keep on the ball with wedding stuff during the day…instead of having to do everything at night!

This would be so helpful for me. I don’t even *own* a cell phone! How it would help me: (1) Being able to organize all the wedding vendors into one place I can always and easily access (I’m not lugging my 3-ring binder everywhere); (2) being able to carry inspiration pictures and lists of stuff I need for the latest DIY project; (3) be able to call my fiance when I’m coming home with the items for the latest DIY project so he can help me carry it to our apartment; (4) inspired for vow-writing without pencil & paper nearby? Problem now solved!
I’d love to have one of those countdown widgets to have with me always, counting down the months, days, hours, seconds ’til W-day…and taunt those around me with that information.
Finally, my wedding dress has pink beading on it. A girl has to color coordinate here!
The other half and I are right now in different countries. We both have a joint Sprint plan, and this phone would make it easier for us to plan and coordinate from such a distance! He has the Sprint version of a Palm already, so I am the one lacking technology! This would help our planning for the future from afar!

i’m about to move 16 hours away from my hometown (and wedding site) so being connected would help the planning immensely. as well, it would facilitate my obsessive compulsive organization continuing well beyond the wedding!
It’d be great for keeping track of appointments, jotting down notes and contact information instead of scrambling for a piece of paper and pen or opening a bulky planner. Being an ‘Englishman in New York’ (true to the song). I am lost. I need help, on how, when and where. Also having that all important person, my mother, in England this would be the perfect tool for taking pictures, asking questions and emailing ideas. It would be like having my mother in my pocket. Plus its pink. What more does a girlie need?
I’d be able to set alarms for all of my deadlines and payments and appointments. Plus having access to google documents would mean I’d be able to work on my wedding on the go!

omg i would LOVE the phone! the buttons are literally falling off my phone! even though I bought the insurance, they said that the manufacturer’s warrantly wore off a couple of weeks ago, so I cannot get a new one for free. so not only would this phone be able to replace my current phone that is slowly dying, but it would allow me e-mail and internet access….which i have never had before! with it i can plan our wedding ALL DAY!
I am addicted to checking my email (I admit it!) and this would let me stay on top of doing so!

I live in Boston, my H2B lives in California and our wedding is in Ghana. Needless to say, a lot of the planning is over email. The Centro will help me keep track of my vendors, where they are located, what needs to get done in which country, who is doing what etc.
With the Palm Centro, I could check my e-mail while on location with vendors to see previously discussed details and decisions, not to mention driving directions! This would be a lifesaver!

Being that I am already a Sprint customer this ROCKS!!! This would definitely help keep Fi and I organized and up to date! FI and I share our Google calendars so we can keep up with each other’s schedules and being able to email from my phone would just be terribly convenient. Just graduated from PT school so this will help keep all my upcoming interviews in check as well as all the crazy wedding tasks coming up in the next 3 months!!! Plus, it is Uber Friggin’ Cute!
Well, let’s just say that I lose everything except for my cell phone. This includes keys, rings, clothes, address books, computer….you name it, I’ve lost it. But I’ve always kept track of my cell phone. This phone would help me not only keep track of all of my vendors information, but also, perhaps, remind me of where I left said items above. I’ve always wanted one of these–perhaps it will turn my chaotic life into ORGANIZED chaos. And being a future bride, I could use a lot more of the organized and a lot less of the chaos.
Oh yes, I need this. I could check WeddingBee in line at the grocery store, make my detailed lists while stuck in traffic, and update my calendar while on the bus. Oooh boy, sounds like a dream!
It would help me out by helping out my wonderful maid of honor who is a bit of a space case. She has a crappy phone that deletes her address book every so often. I have a new-ish number, but she doesn’t have that one written down, so she keeps calling the old number. I love her and she deserves better than that crappy phone and a slightly frustrated friend-bride.
Being across the pond from everyone I know, this would help immensely with communication and organisation of all the little details.

I’m planning a wedding at my family’s cabin- not electricity and no land line phone means no internet! A Centro with web browsing capabilities would mean I could do so much more when I’m visiting there for wedding stuff!

oh man…a mini computer in my hand always…heaven. I’m highly dependent on my outlook for email and what’s going on day to day. I can’t believe I haven’t gotten a Palm yet…I haven’t found the time to fit that in yet…aside from planning my wedding…maybe with a Palm Centro I could find time!
Planning a wedding from 380 miles away is not easy, as many of us know. What makes it especially difficult is owning a cell phone that is unreliable as best. Frequently doesn’t ring when receiving calls, the volume is stuck on the lowest setting, and it randomly beeps for no apparent reason. The Centro would make my life a trillion times easier…please help!
How nice would it be to have your calendar at your fingertips all day long, able to respond to vendor emails on the go, and have have notes to reference!! ME ME ME

This would be the perfect addition to my wedding planning! I just moved to the Chicago area and 99% of my guests are in different states. I want to go back CT to go dress shopping with my mom, go back to Virginia for my bachelorette party and back to CT for my bridal shower. Plus, my kids and FI’s kids are a bit scattered too! All this and plan a city wedding in a city I’m not familiar with! I love how it can do everything and then some, kinda like me!

I have an ancient phone which I can’t use to send or receive text messages. A smart phone would help me keep better track of vendor contact info, text members of the wedding party with ideas, and send much needed emails to family members and vendors! Oooh, I want one!

My three bridesmaids live in three different cities so shopping - for anything - has become such a chore! (I seriously never thought I’d say that.) I have to take a picture, then go home and upload it to my computer and then email it… and then go BACK to the store when they email me back, ‘what about that bridesmaid dress right beside the one you were pointing to?’ Argh! With a Palm Centro I could email it to them on the spot and get feedback immediately. Sigh. Almost too good to be true.

I LOVE this! I could send off quick emails to vendors, my mom, or bridesmaids when a thought crosses my mind, I could have my Google calendar, notebook, and docs with me at all time to check appointment, adjust RSVPs, and jot down new ideas. This would basically be a lifesaver!

I am juggling so many things trying to keep on top of out-of-state and out-of-country bridal party members who are in charge of ordering their own attire, all our vendors, my parents in another state, and my very distracted fiance. This smart phone would be awesome as I am trying to plan a wedding in under a year, despite the fact that my in-laws live in South America, and all of the members of my bridal party live in different states. We currently have the 2-month “wedding calendar” taped to the fridge with scribbles all over it! I think that speaks for itself that a palm would help us out a great deal!

I’m addicted to my emails and calendar, and I use the documents to jot down all my notes and brainstorming ideas/inspiration. Without a smart phone, I’m handicapped in that I always need to be near a computer to function. To have this at the tip of my fingers whenever/wherever would be the ultimate efficiency for this busy girl!

This would be perfect! I can vouch for how wonderful the Centro is because I had a cute little one until mine went missing somewhere between leaving the hotel and arriving at the airport during a recent Seattle business trip. I had to downgrade to a non-PDA phone for a while because I’m mid-contract and I miss the Centro like crazy. It was so convenient to always have my schedule with me while booking follow-up appointments and I looked up a lot of phone numbers and vendor addresses on the web with it.

Squee!! No more waiting until I get home to be notified of new RSVP-ing guests! (we did a paper invite, but an online RSVP) Without a computer at work (damn construction), I have to wait up to 10 hours between inbox checks.

This is the coolest! The Palm Centro would help this bride-to-be a bit more organized. Instead of clipping and scanning favorite wedding trends and ideas I could take a quick pic and e-mail them along with my notes to all those who are helping me plan my destination wedding - mom, the planner and the fiancé! This would become my new “wedding planning” book/binder!

The Palm Centro would be so helpful to me. Can you say perfect for an existing Sprint customer! I am the post-it queen so having this smart phone would be perfect for wedding planning by eliminating all that paper. Instead of having to lug my huge wedding planning book with me everywhere I go, I could put everything in here and have all of my vendors and appointments, in one spot. I could also have easy access to our budget and set up a google calendar that I’ve heard so much about on Weddingbee. And if I see something that could be inspiration for our wedding, I could snap a quick picture. I am telling you, I truly need this phone! The phone I currently have is so antiquated and bulky, I’ve had it for 5 years (yes, 5 years)!

In the fast pace society that we live in, it’s difficult to run around planning a wedding without some assistance. Since I can’t exactly afford a personal assistant or a wedding planner, the Centro would be the perfect companion. Not only am I able to keep in touch with important vendors and inform family members of up to date information, I am able to check my email and surf the web. When I’m trying on a wedding dress, I can go online to see whether or not I’m getting a good deal with a press of a button. Oh and did I mention I’m horrible with directions? The Centro will be my personal navigator and direct me to the next vendor on my list with ease. I’ll say goodbye to driving around in circles.

I am the type of person that will suddenly remember important thigns to do randomly throughout the day. I heavily rely on my work and Google calendar to keep my head above water. My fiance has ADHD and has a terrible memory, so we budgeted for him to get a Smartphone with our cell phone provider. But there’s not enough money for me to get one as well. This would be an incredibly useful tool for my wedding planning, as we are in the final two months and things are getting very hectic.
It would help me to know when my appointments are! I keep track of them in my planner, but I never remeber to leave the house with it. since I always have my phone with me, this problem would be gone!

I am chained to my laptop from which I do most of my planning and communicating w/ my coordinator. We live in an old place and my charger doesn’t fit in the 2 prong outlets we have near our couch. This would be a lifesaver for me. I could keep track of appointments with wedding vendors and their contact information. I could really sort my schedule and have an easier time with juggling my work appointments, vendor appointments and my grandmothers chemotherapy and oncology appointments. Not to mention being able to check email on the go and always be able to email the little sister whenever I need to to check shes ok while travleing and remind her to chase up wedding related tasks she wanted to take on.

planning a wedding from a different city is very difficult, especially when i’m constantly on the go — this would be SO MUCH help so that i can keep in touch with all of my BMs (who all live in different states), talk to all of my vendors (who are all in a different city), and figure everything out to plan the perfect day

I am well known for forgetting just about everything and leaving things to the last minute. Seriously - in the past month I forgot about my best friend’s lingerie shower (and I’m a bridesmaid!) and was voted “Most likely to be in the library the night before and assignment is due” by the junior and senior classes of my university. Add that to my ADD, and Houston, we have a problem. Having this would be amazing for so many reasons. Both my fiancee and I have the Palm Centro, his in black and mine in pink. It’s a great way to KIT with each other especially on a busy work day. I can also mapquest whenever I get lost since I don’t have a sense of directions. It also helps us organize our to-do list and appointments before the big day =).

One of the main reasons why the Palm Centro would make wedding planning easier is that it would allow me to surf online and complete research during my down times at work. I know, tsk tsk tsk, right? But at work they monitor my online usage so I don’t get to complete a lot of research during the day OR get to read weddingbee. Also it’s pink! 1. I’m a physician assistant student, and I’m supposed to have a palm to be able to quickly look up meds and stuff…. but I hate carrying around a huge clunky school-provided palm and my cell….
2. My wedding is in Central America. I am not. I am graduating 1 week before my wedding, moving out of my apartment and flying down 4 days before my wedding. Organization is key.

I’m planning my wedding from a few hundred miles away and do EVERYTHING online. Find vendors, keep in touch with ones I’ve got, everything. Being to do that on the go would be invaluable. Also the roads are mighty tricky by the venue and having a way to get maps at anytime could save a life! Or my sanity!

This would make it so much easier to keep track of my appointments, looking up directions for wedding related errands on the run, and calling my fiance every 30 minutes to make sure he’s done the tasks I’ve assigned him!

Ummm …. to have as a backup to my current Palm Centro? I have a tendency to get my phones wet: rainstorm, washing machine … and it would be great not to be without a phone if I decide to be a prime idiot again?
I’m a list-making fool and I would LOOOOOVE to be able to swap my 1,800 paper lists I have going right now for this fabulous, electronic list organizer! And the web and email on top of that… indispensable!

I’m finishing up grad school in 2 weeks and then delving into wedding planning while entering the professional world for the first time. The Palm Centro would be great for me to stay electronically organized with emails, vendor appointments, other calendars and all the other millions of lists I’m keeping. It would be life saver!
i’d love to use the calendar on there instead of writing things down in the school year planner that i bought
1) I could put all my contact info in there and
2) It would be awesome to have a pink phone since I am obsessed with pink!
3) I wouldn’t need a separate camera!

Between balancing the Bar Exam and Wedding Planning plus a Finace that just moved out to California (we are getting married in Atlanta) having this little device would let me access my google calendar to keep track of appointments, remind me what time it is in California so i can call my fiance to make sure all the stuff made it there and that he is gong to make it back for the wedding; oh and i could check on on those little wedding details that need to be finished while i was in bar class. (not that i would do something like that ever…)
I really need some help getting it all organized– much like the commenter before me, I’m trying to take my qualifying exams for my PhD while simultaneously planning the wedding (1st exam-August, wedding-September, 2nd exam- October– yikes!!). Any tech help would be greatly appreciated!

The Palm from Centro would make wedding planning a lot easier. First, I could sync all of my contacts from Outlook into it so I can get in touch wth family and friends through text, instant message, voice or e-mail anytime I need them.
I can use the calendar to keep track of dates that I am spending time with family or have an appointment with a vendor.
I can add my long to do list to the phone so it isn’t on a piece of paper that I am constantly losing.
I can use the memo section to keep track of how much money I am spending and various notes about particular wedding shops.
I can take pictures of my bridesmaids acting crazy at the bachelorette party and then share them on the web.
I can listen to MP3s when I am stressed from talking to all the vendors.
I can post tweets on Twitter from anywhere!
I can surf the web to get comparative prices on items, as well as visit one of my favorite wedding planning blogs - Weddingbee.com

This would so help me keep intouch with my 7 bridesmaids and 7 groomsmen, 8 of which are out of the country!!!!!!

Wow how great would this be for anyone!! It would help me out alot because of my long work hours as a server I have a hard time finding time to be on the computer! Also my phone isn’t the newest of things!

You have no idea how crazy my life is. Not only am i planning a wedding, but I work full time at a college, I have my own photography business, I go to school taking 18 hours every semester with a 3.85 GPA, and I have three kids ages 14, 13 and 11. This would make my wedding planning so much easier since I am always on the go, I could check my wedding planning mail and read more of the Weddingbee! I have so much to do and not enough hours in the day… please help me save some of the hair on my head before i pull it all out trying to plan a wedding with my schedule!

I’ve been wanting and needing a PDA for such a long time.
Now that it’s crunch time to the wedding, pen/pencil and paper just isn’t cutting it and my excel spreadsheets are monster to carry hard copies. I end up scribbling the same thing over and over. How great would it be to have it so easily accessible.

Considering I rely strictly on technology for my wedding planning, this baby would come in handy! I’d use it to organize a to do list, a calendar, my vendors’ contact info, and guest addresses.

Between Dr’s apts , vendor apts , work and school , i’ve begun to stick post it notes all over the house full of lists!. LOL though my FI did place a “feed me” on his forehead when I was spending too much time here as opposed to cooking dinner on my night!

I would love to get my hands on such a great smartphone. I can easily see using this to track all my appointments with the plethora of vendors I’m using. In addition, I think it could be used on the wedding day itself to be a storage for a great amount of information such as numbers, or even things like seating arrangements. Knowing me, I’d probably back up all my music on it as well just in case my ipod doesn’t cut it that night.
I’m planning a wedding long-distance, so keeping up with everyone by phone is essential–it would also be nice to be able to send pictures back and forth to everyone when we’re making choices.
How awesome would it be to have one of these? I’m still using my first cell phone I got in 2003! I would love a phone that’s used for more than just talking. And I hate carrying around planners….
As some one who works in an office where we have no access to personal email, this would allow me to contact vendors and respond to their questions while at work. Gives me more time with my family when I am home.

Seeing though I’ve just barely got past the cell phone with the green screen the Centro would be a dream come true.

Aw man, I cannot tell you how much I need something I can take with me that has my schedule in a more dynamic form! I can’t do scribbling in little booklets; I use a calendar on my computer and never remember to duplicate it. And how convenient would it be to have your schedule with vendor contact information right in what you use to call them?
It’s going to be meeeeeeee… cuz i’m a poor college student, helping 3 friends plan weddings! I want to be a wedding planner in the future, and this would help a lot. It would help me access my online calendars as well as make calls to venders… and even the brides! My wedding is taking place at an Inn where my phone doesn’t get cell phone service! Ack! Since my plan ends just prior to the wedding, I need a new phone anyway - and this one matches!

I’m planning an upstate wedding from NYC! Not to mention, i’m having people flying from all over the place. I’m usually on the go, and have sticky notes galore reminding me of deadlines and such. It would be awesome to have a handheld organizer that fits in your purse that can do it all! :o)
