Our amazing photographer, Marisa Holmes, just posted some of her favorite shots of us on her blog, and of course, I had to share with my beloved bee readers. I will definitely be blogging about the day in much more detail when I have all the pro pics back, but here are some of the highlights. in the makeup chair…I was so tense!
My baby brother walking me down the aisle! Traditionally, your maternal uncle is supposed to walk you down, but I have 6. So I decided to have my brother walk me instead.

I can’t seem to find any tasteful pics online of that color combo so I was beginning to think it couldn’t be done. @psastry: Thank you hon! My mom purchased a Kolo album off the Kolo website and bought the cameras and film from Costco. She also made the cutest mats for all the pics– I’ll be posting about it soon!
thank you so much for the info!! had a question for you - in one of your pictures on your photographer’s blog i saw a jewelry box from g.r. krishnaiah chetty. by any chance, are your parents from bangalore? i know that store well! we’re originally from bangalore and i did my wedding shopping there in january.
@psastry: What a coincidence! Both my parents are originally from Kerala, but grew up in Bangalore. My grandmother still lives there, so that’s where we always go when we visit India!
