I would select either the pink or the cherry blossom parasol. In my wedding, I would probably use them in pictures (bridesmaids) or buy enough additional parasols to provide shade to our guests since our wedding is outside on Sarasota Bay! :-)

I love the fuchsia which isn’t one of our colours, but it would look lovely anyway. I’d use one for photos, give one to my grandma to keep her out of the sun, one to my sister to shield my 3 month old nephew, and use the last two for our faux photo booth!

Since the wedding is outdoors on a beach these beautiful parasols would work perfectly!! The turquoise and white would compliment the BM’s dress and mine, as well as the sugar white sand and the bright blue water that will be our backdrop!

Alright, I think I am going to be the only guy to comment on here, but my fiance would go nuts if I surprised her with these on our wedding day. She always shows me other weddings that use them in their pictures, and I don’t give it much thought, but if I brought them to her and her bridesmaids on our big day, she would know that I really am listening and appreciate all of her thought on every little detail that has gone into our wedding. Plus, she left this webpage up when she left to run errands this morning (maybe a hint to me?). I think she would pick either the white or cherry blossom ones, but I would have to go with the cherry blossom.

My theme is going to be centered around cherry blossoms, lily of the valley, and green orchids with a lot of other Asian themed decor. There will be flowers everywhere, but when it comes time to take the photographs, I want more of the Asian theme to stick out, and the chartreuse parasols for my girls would be perfect!

OMG! Our wedding is in a Japanese Garden (we met in Tokyo) and we’re having the bridesmaids walk down the aisle (and over the Koi pond) with them! And we have 5 bridesmaids!

We love the white ones, they would go PERFECTLY with our theme and scheme of indigo, copper, gray and white. The ladies will be in dark indigo blue, and these would really pop.

This would be perfect for me! My fiance is Chinese, so I plan on purchasing some parasols to use in pictures. We’re trying to incorporate various Chinese touches into the reception. Since red is a lucky color, I would get 3 red ones (one for myself and one for each of my 2 bridesmaids). The girls are wearing black dresses - black and red will look great in photos! For a fun pattern in pictures, I would get the butterfly and the cherry blossom parasols.

After discussing with my fiance, we thought that we would do a synchronized parasol performance during the ceremony, where people raise and lower them at different points along with the music to create a choreographed parasol show. We’d use the dark brown ones and white, to match the fall ceremony that we are planning. Beautiful products!

I would definitely pick the Chartreuse b/c that is one of our wedding colors and would use them for my bridesmaids for when they are walking down the aisle at our beach ceremony to shade the sun from their lovely faces :-)

How perfect!!! We’re getting married in the Dominican where the sun will be beating down on us all day! I would have my bridesmaids carry Turquoise parasols to contrast with their purple dresses, and I would carry a Plum parasol. It would look especially divine for the beach pictures. The very thought of it makes me excited! I do hope I win but if not, I think I just might order me some parasols.

I would use red to go with the rest of the wedding. I am getting married at my parents’ house, and it is going to be HOT in San Jose in September. I’d give them to the family and bridal party, to keep them shaded, and to help the photography know who to capture more pictures of. My grandma would look really cute with a parasol!

We’re having a garden ceremony, a Chinese tea ceremony at the venue and will end up inside the heritage mansion for dinner. Aloha,

I’m getting married on the beach in Maui this October. I’ve always loved the vibrant combination of red and orange together so I chose them for my wedding colors. The red and orange parasols would be a great way to shade my guests from the sun while creating a stylish ceremony; they make great photo opportunities, including writing Mahalo on one of them to use for thank you cards; and they would a perfect asset to the decor of my reception which is at an open air restaurant with bamboo interior.

Mahalo!

sooo pretty! I would choose a mix of turquoise and “butterfly” to match our wedding colours, and would give them to my bridesmaids and my Mom, FMIL, and Grammy. They’d be soo cute for photos in the garden on my grandparents’ farm!

We are getting married outdoors on 160 acres in the Sierra Nevada mountains. The reception area has a beautiful view, so we’re not using any tents (please, no thunderstorms!).

We are using summer fruit (nectarine/peaches) as the centerpieces of our tables, and round rice paper lanterns to give soft and beautiful light for our guests. To soften the light even more and accent the beautiful centerpieces, I would use the red parasols, hung from the cables suspending the lanterns to give a soft warm glow to the tables below.

I’d go with chartreuse, to set off Team Bride’s dresses. Or fuchsia, since the ‘maids and I look better when pink’s reflected on our faces.

I love the aqua! They would match my bridesmaids’ dresses perfectly. I’d use them in pro photos.

I adore the cherry blossom ones. They would match our colours perfectly and are perfect to give to elderly or ill guests (several of my guests are in cancer remission at present) on the walk from the ceremony to the reception site. Its about 1km and in the hot summer sun…

Orange and Chartreuse are two of our wedding colors. The brown is nice too because it would add some earthiness to the brightness.

I would get three of the Chartreuse and 2 white to use in wedding pictures.

I’d take one of the white ones and either paint “Just Married” on it or a monogram of our last name in the Chartreuse color.

I like the blue parasol with butterfly pattern. Since I am planning to have a parasol for our post wedding pictorial, this will go well with our butterfly themed wedding and blue motif.

I love the plum or lilac. We’d use them as photo props, or to shade the moms and grandmas during the ceremony. Maybe both. :-)

We are setting up a lounge with white sofas underneath a large poplar tree at our outdoor wedding and I am imagining the pink and fuchsia parasols hanging from the branches of the tree, a whimsical mirror image of the pink & fuchsia dahlia centerpieces on the tables below.

We are getting married under a gorgeous tree in our backyard - I would hang simple white parasols upside down from the branches.

I would LOVE the pink ones for my wedding photos. I just love the color pink but I’m not incorporating it into our wedding colors. This would be a perfect way to bring in my favorite color into the wedding!

I have already planned to have my four ladies carry white parasols and favor my female guests with all different colors (talk about instant decoration!). What a bonus it would be to get them for free! Thanks for running this contest! My outdoor wedding will thank you (as will my shaded guests)! :0)

I would pick pink, chocolate, and white. I would give them to my guests for the ceremony. It may be warm since it will be outdoors.

I would love to have the parasols. They would look great with my Asian-themed wedding. I think anything to accentuate my Asian traditions would be a plus not only to my ancestors, but would help others unfamilar with the culture learn to appreciate it.
