Let the Festivities Begin!

July 5th, 2008 @ 12:25 pm by Mrs. Hydrangea

It’s finally countdown time… my shower and bachelorette invites are here!

We’ll start with the shower first:

Let the Festivities Begin! : wedding bachelorette party bridal shower ShowersMy mom’s lovely friends (aka the Ya Yas) are throwing my shower in two weeks at an awesome wine bar in Dallas. I’m soooooo excited!

Party 2:

My bachelorette, like I previous wrote about, will be the weekend after the shower and will be a total mystery to me until that day. They even sent me my own special invite so that I won’t have a clue as to what we’re doing!

Knowing the planner that I am, my bridesmaids wrote everything in code, but made sure to give me an itinerary of what I’ll need to pack, and what I should wear at certain times (they know me all too well).

Let the Festivities Begin! : wedding bachelorette party bridal shower Showers02It’s really starting to hit me that after over a year of planning, everything is starting to HAPPEN!

The shower invite is so lovely! And how special to have the Ya Ya’s throw it for you. Now that I am older I am loving the friendships that I have with my parent’s friends. They are so unique and special to me, as I am sure they are to you too!

Have lots of fun!!

Do you happen to know what the font is for “who, what, when, where” on the bachelorette invites? It’s exactly like something I’ve seen before and I love the style.
