About Mrs. Pineapple

I Never Claimed I Wasn’t a Tease

July 7th, 2008 @ 11:05 am by Mrs. Pineapple

Eight months ago I sat down at my computer and started designing the Pineapple wedding invitations. Today I am thrilled (you don’t even know) to say that they are done! Every piece has been designed and redesigned, printed and reprinted, trimmed and trimmed again. Spelling mistakes have been made, missed, printed, trimmed, corrected, printed and trimmed.

So without further ado I present to you:
Yeah okay, so I did sort of cover them up as to not actually show you anything. My photographer friend is going to take some studio shots of them for me next week so I wanted to wait until then for the big reveal!

I feel like I have actually accomplished something now and have earned the right to wed.

Has anyone else felt this way after completing a major wedding task?

I like the faint tree branch outline as a background in some of your invitation paper. I get my invitations next week and am totally anxious to see the finished product.

My big accomplishment this weekend was finalizing the color palette and finishing buying all the paper and supplies we’ll be using for our guest scrapbook. I love my colors because I chose them to reflect the bouquet colors. I just hope the guests have as much fun making their pages as I’ve had planning it.
