meanddad

Me and my dad walking down the hill towards the aisle. I don’t remember exactly what we were saying, but I think he was cracking a joke to me as I was very nervous to have 70 people watching me. Also, if you look at his hand, you’ll see he’s slightly lifting the right side of my dress for me so it doesn’t drag in the mud. What a pro, eh?

133 cracked me up, too, and I have also fallen just a bit in love with Mr. Hummingbird now… and maybe just another bit with your dad. That’s a great teaser picture.

Also, our anniversary is next week, and I am shamelessly stealing this idea. :-D

Mr. Hummingbird seems like such an amazing person and reminds me of many of the same reasons why I love my other half. It’s so clear how in love you are! We are a computer nerd, video game loving, movie obsessed couple, so almost all of these had me cracking up or tearing up. Your love is deep Mrs. Hum, congratulations! I been following (more like stalking) your posts ever since you joined the hive, you’re my favorite bee and I’m so happy to finally get the chance to see you as a bride! I can’t believe you are married!

Yay for #230! =)

I love that your dad is helping you hold up your dress… that has to be one of the sweetest wedding pictures I’ve ever seen!

I do the reasons why I love you thing for my fiance too. At first I did it for his first birthday that we celebrated together (33 reasons for his 33 years put in this box I made for him) and now every year, I hide a little card with another reason on it in his gift to add to the box. And sometimes we just write little post-its to each other saying “I love you because…” and leave them random places in the house. It’s always nice to read those little things!
