About Mrs. Tiramisu

I can’t really take too much credit for these… I stole borrowed the design from Mrs. Emerald and Mrs. Eggplant, and had them cut at Staples (best $3 ever spent).  They were folded and assembled with help by my family members. The whole process really went a lot faster than I thought it was going to, and I’m pretty happy with how they turned out!

Cover done with Gocco (I wish you could see the lighter blue color in the corners better in this photo), card stock from paperandmore.com, ribbon (same as invitations) from MJ Trim.

Gocco on vellum from Paper and More.

Engagement photo by Girls with Big Cameras.

Our cast :) Sorry for all the blurring!

The ceremony and the words to the hymn we are using.

In Loving Memory page, and thank you messages to our parents, friends and family.

Last page: directions to the reception!

Here’s hoping that a few people don’t throw them away!

I LOVE the scripty, scrolly font! What’s it called? :-) I definitely wouldn’t throw away this program if I were a guest.

Thank you all… your comments are too sweet and made my day!

@MagPie518: @Rachel D: @Tara: @gatornicole: It’s Albemarle Swash, mixed with a little Albemarle Demo. It’s a favorite of Miss Cupcake’s and mine! I couldn’t find Swash for free, but if I remember correctly it was only around $12.

@Miss Pinot Noir: I started with regular 8 1/2 by 11, and each sheet is half of that (4 1/2 by 11 for the cover, a little smaller for the insides) folded in half, so overall they are each 4 1/2 by 5 1/2… I wanted them to be able to fit in a purse easily!

@Miss Coconut: Just the cover and the vellum are goccoed, the rest is just my trusty HP printer.

@MissEsquire: @Laurie S.: @funmarysf: I did it in photoshop elements, and some of it isn’t edit-able, but I might be able to turn it into a template… when I get back from my honeymoon though, remind me!

Great program! I am in the process of organizing mine with a similar Emerald-Eggplant-Tiramisu template. :) Did you use cardstock for your cover page? How did the ribbon hold up? btw, I used this font on my save the dates and did find it online for free. Unfortunately, I don’t remember where but I googled “free” “ablemarle” and “font” and it came up somewhere.

Jules says:

Oops spelled the font wrong…albemarle! ;P

@Jules: @gatornicole: eeeek! My google skills must be lacking! I did use cardstock for the cover (blue linen from paperandmore) and text weight for the insides (also blue linen). The ribbon seems to be working fine… I went with just a knot instead of a bow because I liked the way it looked better and it took way less time!

Jessica says:

very cute!!! I’m collecting ideas for my programs as well, and stocking them in the borrow or steal folder on my desktop.

Amy says:

These are GREAT. I was planning on doing one like this with a whole sheet folded in half but if I do it this way, I’ll be able to use the rest of my paper from my invites. :)

Thanks for sharing!

What type of ribbon from MJ Trim did you use? I’m on their website and there’re too many to choose from. I like how yours look and am going for a similar look. Do you mind sharing the exact type of ribbon you used? Thanks.
