Things are in full swing over here at the Gingerbread house. We have food being prepped for tonight’s rehearsal dinner BBQ, guests are arriving, and just a few minutes ago we picked up buckets full of flowers that Mama Gingerbread will use to make our bridal bouquets.
Before we run off to our wedding rehearsal, I wanted to stop by the Hive to say thank you for sharing this exciting journey with me. Planning a wedding far away from family and friends in a new country started out as a rather lonely experience, but you have provided me with a wonderful, supportive brainstorming network and I can’t thank you all enough for that. I really didn’t know what to expect as your first (but hopefully not last) lesbian Bee, but you have far exceeded my hopes with your warmth, support, and camaraderie. The wedding itself with definitely be better because of your input and my wedding planning experience has been 1000 x better because of all of you. If you have enjoyed my time here 1/10th as much as I have enjoyed it, then we have had a fantastic time! I can’t wait to come back to share the wedding with you.

Every picture of the two of you (incl. the Post-It/paper clip crown :-)) looking so happy should be used as peaceful ammo for the cause! About Me: I recently moved to Canada from Southern California.
