***sneaks in wearing Blue Blockers and trenchcoat***Pssst, hey! Over here! It’s me, Lovebug! This is totally an unofficial visit since I made my GREAT BIG DRAMATIC GRAND EXIT and all - but it seems my wedding well has a few more bucketfuls in it, after all.
I had to pop by and mention my discovery of Wordle, because it has great potential for DIY fun. You enter in some text, and clickety-click: it generates a pretty little word cloud, weighted according to frequency. Brilliant for poems, random thoughts, favorite passages…and wedding ceremonies!
This is what I got when I entered in the text of our own ceremony:

The colors and fonts are (somewhat) customizable, and I think that printed and framed, it would be such a sweet, personalized wedding memento. You could also put in the text of your programs, a special letter - or even a list of 365 reasons you adore your husband. I love the way such powerful words are all grouped together in an artistic, pretty way.
By the way, Mr. Lovebug’s name comes up smaller than mine because I used variations of his - not because I mentioned myself more when I wrote our ceremony.
I’m going to go back and fix that, and print up a crisp black and white version of the cloud to hang in our bedroom.
A cool, free wedding souvenir that’s totally one of a kind - I had to share.
p.s. I promised I’d let everyone know of any new blog I had in the works; you’re welcome to stop by, but it’s VERY fledgling and still trying to find its “blog legs”. Keep those expectations low, people.
Hey, whatchu doing here? Geddout!
Joking. Always happy to see the little red bug. Thanks for the heads-up on the word mix-up - seems very cool. I particularly like the way it says “bring gratitude woman!” in the bottom-left corner. A subliminal command for thanks perhaps?
