They Once Were Lost But Now are Found!

August 4th, 2008 @ 2:30 pm by Mrs. Cookie

Remember way back on my Pretty Women Dress Shopping Experience post, I mentioned that my photos had been accidentally deleted from dress shopping at Schaffer’s Bridal. Well, before I wrote the post I asked Mama Cookie, who took the photos, to please email me the pics. Searching high and low with no luck, she cited short term memory loss in thinking that she might have accidentally deleted the photos. I was bummed! But just like finding a twenty dollar bill in your pocket, what was lost is now found! Over the weekend I was helping Mama Cookie download photos to her computer, when fortunately, I happened upon what I believed to be the deleted dress shopping photos. Huzzah!

Warning: Mr. Cookie—if you still don’t want to see me in a white dress before I walk down the aisle, and you are reading this post, I suggest you read no further!

Without further ado, I give you the long lost Cookie wedding dress shopping photos…

This is me in Casablanca Bridal Style #1831. At $500 this dress was definitely worth the price!

For the life of me, I can’t remember this designer, but I totally forgot I had even tried this dress on until I saw the photo. I actually like it better than the Casablanca dress, which I had my heart set on buying before I spotted my dress.

@melodicsighs:

I think it might be Casablanca #1861, if the hem is a slight bubble hem (can’t tell from the photo). I only know cause I liked it a lot too… I promise I don’t still look at wedding dresses over a year after the fact! :) It’s in the Spring ‘07 collection.

@Mrs. Plumeria: You are quite the sleuth! I am 100% positive that you’ve found the designer and dress #.

I knew I liked Casablanca for a reason!

Love the one you can’t remember. It looks great but I definitely like the dress you choose. If you don’t mind my asking what is the name or style number of the Marisa you purchased.

Mrs. Plumeria- that is awesome that you can remember specific design numbers! You would be a shoe in for Bridal Gown Jeopardy.
