In order to get from downtown Vancouver to our rain forest ceremony site, we had to drive through Stanley Park. We were especially excited that our guests would have to drive through Stanley Park, since it really is one of Vancouver’s highlights. Given that our two talented, creative photographers were in the chase car behind us, we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to take advantage of the cool vintage car + Stanley Park + two brides. Here is an album page that Carlton put together from the impromptu photo shoot we did on the way to the wedding.
I’ll go ahead and show you some of my favourites in full size after the jump.
First off, how hot is Walter? I found him on Craigslist for $50/hour. He’s not in pristine condition, but that’s really part of his charm.
Ahem, okay, then. It was time to get to the ceremony site. Fortunately for us, Capilano Suspension Bridge is also a tourist attraction, which means they have food. We sent our friends off to get us something, anything to eat. In the meantime, we snapped a few random shots.
Here is a classic behind the scenes shot. Our friends brought us back french fries and fed us
So now that we were photographed and fed, we were ready to retreat so that we could get ready for the main event.
Coming up: The ceremony! Get ready for cute kids, forgetful brides, and a ring that tries to escape.

Oh my gosh, Mrs Gingerbread, the pictures with Walter are unbelievable! Totally classic and just a little sexy. Love it!
