I can’t go any farther without introducing you to our dog Maxwell. He’s 12-15 lbs (depending on the day, really and if he’s managed to fool the baby lock on our trash) of pure personality. Max is a very loving dog, and Champ and I are so lucky to have him… We love him so much we even had him in our engagement photos!

So when the wedding planning started, I thought about how Max could be involved. I know that many couples have their dogs as a part of the ceremony, but we’re getting married in a church, so that was a no-go. It’s cute, though!

Take this cute pup with a butterfly ring bearer pillow.
I love this… such a sweet dog.
For the ladies, these dresses from My faux Paws could add that special touch to your ring bearer pooch. Too bad (kinda) Max is a boy…

Now here are some elaborate outfits… a designer wedding dress from My Uptown Pooch. You can actually get a dress made to match the bride’s dress, or the bridesmaids’! Innnnnteresting..

Aww.. pretty sweet. But I hope I’ll be kissing my groom!
Can’t forget about the fellas… this is the cutest tux for the little ones from weddingaccents.

These are also so cute, and the top hat makes me laugh! Max would be miserable!
We’ll see if Max makes an appearance. My guess is that I’ll just snuggle with him before I head off for the chapel! He’d be happier on the couch anyway!
Did you involve your dog in the wedding day festivities?! Anyone actually have their dog wear a wedding dress?!
