About Mrs. Daffodil

We devoted the next couple days of our honeymoon to exploring the island. Given that it was a relatively small place, we made it our goal to hit every major tourist attraction and a few places of interest to us that we saw in our Lonely Planet guide. On one of the days, we hit a bunch of the major attractions by taking a guided tour on a 4×4. The two days after that, we went the DIY route by renting a car and doing some exploring on our own…

Posing by the 4×4. Yep, Mr. D would not stop taking pictures! smiley106

Another thing we got to see on the island was the beautiful art of tattoo at its best. Tattoo actually originated in Tahiti, and some of the most well-known tattoo artists reside on the island of Moorea. Mr. D and I both contemplated getting one as a romantic memento we would have forever, but at the last minute, decided against it. Nonetheless, we admired some of the most intricate tattoos we had ever seen.
