I don’t know if it’s my skin, my mascara, my very round cheeks (they kind of smush into my eyelashes when I smile!), or a combination of these factors, but I can’t seem to find a mascara that doesn’t smudge! And I don’t mean when I rub it… I mean it just plain comes off on my cheeks making me look like a crack addict/raccoon. I’ve tried many different kinds of mascara and nothing seems to work.
