It’s On!

With mere weeks to go, I can’t tell you how many times the phrase “It’s On!” runs through my head in a day. Every time a project is completed, we mail off a final payment, we track down one of the non-responders, and get a little closer to a finalized guest list, I think… it’s ON!
A part of me feels like we’ve spent the past year planning for this mythical event, something happening so far in the future, that it seemed like it would never get here. One recent event really made things seem like reality, though. We picked up our rings!
My band matches my engagement ring’s band exactly, and Mr. Sundae’s has some beading around each edge, so the two of them kind of go together. I keep forgetting that when this is all said and done, I get another ring to wear around. Mr. Sundae practically had to hold me down to take it off my finger!
Are any of you at the stage where things are starting to seem more like a reality? Did you try on your wedding ring and refuse to take it off?

Your band is beautiful and actually matches the band on my e-ring exactly as well! I really love his ring too.
Mine looks exactly like yours……I have a halo setting for an E-ring and it fits underneath perfectly! I love that your FI’s ring even matches.
Where are the best places to look for groom rings? I love that one so much where is it from?
Ha, I thought I was going to be the only one who said, “Your band is excatly like mine” but as I see, I am not. I think ours might be exactly the same, actaully. Good taste Miss Sundae (and everyone else with similair bands). 
LOL, my wedding band will be similar to yours except with smaller diamonds, and the boy tried on and loved a wedding band very similar to your boys’!

Hubby just bought me another band (which I will get in december for our 1 year anniversary) and I didn’t want to take that one off, lol. He said he was going to hide it from me.

we have had my band for a while and he had to tackle me to get it off. It is hidden somewhere in the house but I can’t find it! I found it last month and wore it a couple of times when the Mr. wasn’t home
Haha - Mine is similar to yours too! Except my diamonds stop half way around, and it has etching on the front and back that matches my e-ring. And mine is white gold that fades to yellow after the diamonds. (same as my e-ring). My fiance’s ring is two tone with the milgrain also to get a matchy feeling to mine.
I think when we picked up our wedding bands was when it really hit me
It hit me at the first dress fitting.
Haha, yes I had trouble taking my wedding ring off, too. I wore it home from the jeweler because, helloooo I couldn’t just put it in my purse and then, oops, I forgot to take it off when we got home.
This caught my eye because I have the EXACT SAME band! lol.. I guess it’s pretty common? But I love it because it’s classy & simple— something you will love forever.
I absolutely love that your rings share something in common! Mr. Peng and I didnt even think to get rings that sort of matched and now I regret it seeing yours!
I think the slight similarity is very sweet, but in kind of a private way since I wouldn’t have noticed unless you said something.
I have my wedding ring on right now! We’re getting married two months tomorrow! 
Did you get your ring wedding band at Finer Jewelers in Chicago? Halle Barry-style? If so, I have the same style… and if not… we both have great style Gorgeous rings. I love the subtle matching of the little ribbed/dots
