Well, I look for alot of pics, and then a wide range of sizes and colors. Oh and the most important is a good return policy, just in case. Thanks I love thoes shoes and they would go great with my Dress.
some of the bolded words in the “designer wedding shoe” page detract from the simplicity and beauty of the shoe. Perhaps consider just using normal type for most of the words?

I always look for a great return policy! I’ve been known to buy 5 pairs to see which ones I love the most. Shoes fit differently for everyone so it’s nice to have a great return policy!

what’s important for me is to be able to find what I want. I’m particular, especially with wedding shoes. I need to be able to search my heel height especially. If they have a good selection of low-heeled shoes, I’m in heaven!

i look for a good return policy! shopping for shoes in person is already very difficult, so when i find cute shoes that i want to buy online, i first look at the return policy to make sure i won’t get hassled for exchanging them for a half size down and up.

I wish that there was a shoe website that lets you customize your wedding shoes (pie in the sky, I know). Back to reality- I like features that let you review shoes because it helps those of us that don’t have model-like feet to have a guideline as to what to buy.

I always look for a very clear return policy first. The next thing I look for are pictures and size options. I definitely want to see closeups and have the option to enlarge pictures…especially if the shoes have detailing.

An easy return policy since not all shoes fit the same! And of course lots of picture that you can zoom in to look at the details of the shoes.

I think it’s very important to have exact heights of the heels! Since my FI is only slightly taller than me, I had to look carefully at the heights of the shoes I was interested in, so I won’t tower over him, just this time. 
Pictures are also important - views from different angles and in natural lighting!
COLOR!! Although white shoes are nice… I would love to see the trend of color shoes carry over into bridal shoe websites. A wide variety of styles is a must too

It’s important to be able to navigate the website easily using the criteria that you’re looking for, be able to return the shoes if they’re not quite right, and to be able to afford the shoes without breaking the bank!
I really appreciate when a store offers feedback from other customers. Also, additional info on sizing, especially if you own shoes in different sizes! And of course, a great shipping policy/easy returns.
The site has to be easy to navigate, and I LOVE when you can do a search within a search (example, you choose style of shoe you’re looking for, then you can refine your search by color or heel height). Free shipping is always a plus. Good return policy, customer reviews, and definitely gotta have wide width shoes!

Variety is the spice of shoes! Stilettos, flats, sandals, basics, peeptoes, embellishments, lots of colors. Enclosed prepaid postage on returns helps speed up the “just not rights”. Photos of the shoes on a model’s foot and stand-alone photos help to get a better idea of the look before ordering. Love your site.

As many have mentioned above, I look first for free shipping/return policy, then for plentiful photos of the shoe in question, and then for exact heel heights (crucial factor for my dress). But the main feature I appreciate when shopping for shoes online is the ability to search by size, because nothing’s worse than finding a shoe I love and then learning it’s not available in my size!

Us overseas girls can be a great market, really, because the local selection can be pretty limited. At any rate, I have enjoyed accessing a completely different product range. I like “search by heel height” features, as well as a free return policy! Buying shoes without trying them on can be a bit tricky, so being able to return them for free makes that much less stressful.
Love them! I look for suggestions about which other products might go well with the ones you’re looking at. I also look for reviews from customers who have bought that product in the past.
I only buy shoes online that have free shipping on returns or that I have been able to try on in an actual store because shoes can be a tough fit. A wide selection of awesome shoes doesn’t hurt either!

I need to know exact heel heights, and its nice to measure the shoe or explain if they run true to size or not. Also, in case not, easy returns!
