The Bees at Martha Stewart!

Here are some pictures from Wednesday’s great adventure to the Martha Stewart Show!

Most of us had the famous Double Stack burger.  A cheese burger with a deep fried portobello mushroom stuffed with muenster and cheddar cheese.  Can you say delectable?!  Plus milkshakes and cheese fries to top it all off.

Most of the bees had never eaten at Shake Shack (they came from as far away as DC and Boston), so I was happy to introduce them to this New York institution. After looking at these pictures, I think I know what I’m having for lunch now. :)

If I would’ve known they were giving away free printers, I sooo would’ve made the 2.5-3 hours drive to NYC for the show!!

What did the men do while you guys were at the taping?

Mrs. Bee I want to thank you so much for taking the bee group to Shake Shack after the Martha show. It was an amazing experience and such a lovely day for dining out in the park. Although I am not a mushroom fan, I must admit that the Double Stack burger was a sight to behold.

Martha’s show is only my second TV show experience. SNL being the first with our daughter, Ms. Candy Corn, when she was obsessed with SNL during her teen years. She also made me become obsessed. Although any excuse to spend more time with Candy is great with me.

Martha’s set was so impressive and huge. We shouldn’t have expected anything less than perfect and it wasn’t a disappointment.

It was great to see all of the bees bonding on the streets of NYC. Sounds like some more fun get togethers are in the works.

You are all such a lovely group of young ladies. I hope the friendships you have formed last a lifetime.

Seeing several Mr’s there showed their love and support for their ladies. And, yes the men went to the show also.

I’ll be keeping an eye on all of you from time to time. I enjoy reading about your wedding plans and even additions to your families. Congrats again to Mrs & Mr Tulip.

May you all have the pleasure of being married many many many years. Poppa Candy Corn and I celebrated our 40th anniversary in May with the rest of our Corn family.

There is definitely a lot of give and take, for better and for worse, but marriage and family are totally worth the effort you must make.

see, now…Maama Candy Corn just made me cry.

It was so great to meet you and find out all we had in common!

And I LOVED LOVED LOVED that burger and shake! (too bad it didn’t love me…sniff, sniff)

Thanks for posting the pics, bee!
