Our MOO Escort Cards!

September 24th, 2008 @ 1:11 pm by Miss Candy Corn

As I mentioned before, we decided to use MOO cards for our escort cards. I printed 70 or so name cards on sticker paper, cut them out, and stuck each of them on the back of the coordinating MOO card. Here’s a look at the cards from the front in our silver cake holders:

A close-up (the card is light blue with chocolate brown text, which is hard to tell in the photo):

Here’s a shot of some of the escort cards. As you can probably tell, I personalized each card with a photo of one of us with the person (for those we have photos with, which was a lot of people):

L-R (from back): My brother and I; my grandma and I; one of our bridesmaids with us; me with one of my sassy co-workers; Mr. CC wrestling with his brother/best man; Mr. CC with his mom.

Mmmmm MOO cards, drooooool! For those guests who we don’t have photos with, we put a photo of Mr. CC and I on the back instead.

How are you personalizing your escort cards?

I used Moo cards too as my escort cards!!! We used baby/toddler/awkward tween pics of my husband and I instead and tied them to small bottles of sparkling french sodas…they were a hit!!!!

These is such a lovely idea — yet one more reason why I wish we were having a smaller wedding.

These are great. We also used moo cards which I posted about last August (http://tinyurl.com). We used engagment photos and had the guests names calligraphed on the back and tied them to lavender bundles. I love that you used an image of you with each guest — what a project. We included a photos of each guest in our slideshow at the end of the reception.

For those that don’t know “mini moo cards” are only $19.99 + $5 shipping for 100 cards and each photo can be different. SCORE.
