As many of you know, I’ve been greatly influenced by mid-century weddings. The time period between 1948 and 1964 holds so much charm and fascination for me that it was a natural choice and source of inspiration for our wedding. Many of my earlier posts at Weddingbee explored this topic in great detail!

Below is a compilation of my favourite vintage links, comprised of websites and some unusual sources of invaluable information!

You should put this in the wiki!

Maybe some of the other bee’s can do a wiki of their theme as well!

If I were doing vintage I could see this as being beyond useful!

I’ve totally bookmarked this. I’m aiming for a 1960s Palm Beach glam feel so this is great.

Knottie 99Vintage Glam had a GORGEOUS vintage wedding. Her planning bio:
http://community.theknot.com/cs/ks/user/page.aspx?username=99vintageglam

Her tissue paper flower pomanders are copied far-and-wide (okay, so they were Martha Stewart’s first, but she made them popular among Knotties), her telegram programs are sensational, and her entire look was *gorgeous*.

She has also launched a blog for vintage wedding tips/resources:

FYI: The broken links are broken because they have spaces in the URL or are missing the .com. Take out the spaces and add the .com’s and they work just fine.
