About Me: I’m a notorious people-watcher who loves all things paper, food, traveling, grubbin’ on food, gossip magazines, food, sock monkeys…did I mention food?! Mr. Sushi and I are both haolepinos (half Filipino, half Caucasian) and hope to be able to somehow incorporate our cultures at our destination wedding in Hawaii. All while planning from the sweetest place in earth, Hershey!

ooooooooooooo as a design student & hometown hershey gal, i am so so thrilled to have you on board! we must meet up one day and ride the hershey chocolate world ride, even though i’m not a fan of the singing cows they’ve added (despite the fabulous boas they’re sporting). welcome aboard!!!

Haolepino– how cool is that! I’m hapa too, but just plain old Chinese/Irish. One of my favorite nicknames was ritz bits (the little yellow cracker).

We just came back a couple weeks ago from our honeymoon on Hawaii and I have to say that the Byodo-In Temple was one of my favorite spots, it’s so picturesque and unique!! Can’t wait to see your wedding pics. Best of luck in all your planning!

@vaj, Tea, RenaissanceTrophyWife: Yay Hapas!! Mr. Sushi totally grew up in farmland, PA, meaning he was 1 of 3 ethinic kids in his high school. I’ve had to teach him the ways of Hapa. He doesn’t even eat rice or seafood. WTH?!
@Miss Candy Corn: I actually HAVE met you! I was at the Philly Bee Meetup…can you guess which one I was?! hehe. And Chocolate World is literally 5 minutes away from mi casa. I liked the old cows better, mainly because they said smoooooth.

@Miss Dumpling: I Looooove Jon & Kate plus 8!! Even more so because I know about 70% of the places they visit. Mr. Sushi has a son that was born at the same hospital as the sixtuplets, only a month after them (meaning they were most likey in the NICU then).
