WOO HOO! Hello, y’all! I’m Miss Cheese, and I’m thrilled to be one of the newest bees. *Deep breaths* I’m a rather excitable girl, and this is an exciting thing, so bear with me while I get my bearings. (Wocka, wocka, I know.)

Are you sensing why I chose cheese as my moniker? I’m a cheese ball! And the fiance? He’s even more cheesy. Of course, it’s not always intentional but definitely appreciated. I mean, really, have you ever met a food that wasn’t improved by the addition of cheese? (Or bacon, but that’s another story…)

My honey and I will be married in the spring on our property in beautiful Knoxville, Tennessee. He’s a Southern fella—complete with charm, but no accent—while I’m originally from New Mexico and ended up in Knoxville via New York City and Chicago. We’re renovating and spiffing up our house and property in preparation for our wedding, which will be the first time my family will get to see my city and life (and meet his family, eek!).

Please join me as I become a quasi-gardener, interior designer, caterer, baker, delegator and party planner… with only my love for my man, a willingness (nee, need) to prioritize, and my determination to make our wedding sentimental to guide me.
