I wanted to get my makeup done for our e-pics.

So I looked to Weddingbee and found Ai. Ai did Mrs. Snow Pea’s makeup for her wedding, and I loved it! I sent Ai a few pictures of what I was looking for - she went through all the pictures and really tried to understand what I wanted. After a few emails and phone calls later, I met Ai for the first time on the morning of our e-pics.

I can’t believe I’m putting a picture of my naked face for all the world to see- but here it is in all its “save me! you could have at least put some blush (hehe) on!” glory.

Don’t you think it’s so funny that most “before” pictures are always so glum?! No one ever smiles!?

For makeup - Natural and bright, and false lashes please! I love false lashes.

Ai & me (Ai also surfs! How cool is that! She rocks hair & makeup AND she surfs!! Yeah seriously.)

For hair, I wanted something out of my face but not all down and not up. Ai is super sweet and patient. We went over many options and came up with a curled side ponytail! I loved it!

My hair stayed perfect the entire day. My hair is so thick that curls usually get limp and die after a few hours, but not the curls Ai makes! As for makeup, again it stayed perfectly intact albeit the occasional application of lip gloss. I didn’t feel like I was wearing any makeup.
