Daily Candy Wedding Guides

October 22nd, 2008 @ 5:25 pm by Mrs. Avocado

Daily Candy is one of the first emails I open every morning. Haven’t heard of it? I couldn’t think of a better description than the one the website provides:

DailyCandy, a free daily e-mail newsletter and website, is the insider’s guide to what’s hot, new, and undiscovered - from fashion and style to gadgets and travel. As useful as it is entertaining, it’s like getting an e-mail from your clever, unpredictable, and totally in-the-know best friend. The one who knows about secret beauty treatments, must-have jeans, hot new restaurants - and always shares the scoop.

How is this revelant to weddings? They just published 14 different wedding guides full of all kinds of goodness.

In the wedding guide for Everywhere they suggest buying the Isaac Mizahri strapless sheath (for $89.99) and replacing the pink sash with some vintage ribbon or trim.

Could be fab right?

Daily Candy wedding guides are available for Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, London, Los Angeles, Miami, New York (which suggests Poland is the new hot spot for a honeymoon!), Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington D.C.

LOVE Daily Candy! I get their emails for various locations so I can

1. Keep in mind great things to see and do when I am in those cities.

2. Email friends closer to those cities and suggest things they could check out.

I go through their archieves when I need a new restaurant, shopping for something unique or just bored with my weekend.

The wedding section is sure to be a great resource!

Thats a great idea. I heard that pink and other bright colors are the new trend for spring 2009 weddings.

I love Daily Candy, but because Pgh isn’t on their list, I subscribe to the “Everywhere” emails.

@Amanda: I think I distorted the image a little bit in my editing so the model probably doesn’t look that wacky in real life either
