Yesterday FMIL, mom Spring Roll, and I visited three of my vendors. In May we booked our wedding venue. FMIL and mom Spring Roll had only seen photos of the venue, so I took them to visit it.
Mr. Spring Roll and I will be married on this deck overlooking beautiful Clearwater Beach.
Next to the deck resides green grass, trees, and of course water; perfect scenery for our wedding photos.
Following the ceremony, Mr. Spring Roll and I have planned a dinner reception inside the social hall. The venue provides beautiful tables and chairs, so we will only have to provide linens. The hall itself is a bit bland, but I definitely plan to spruce it up.

After visiting the venue we headed to the dinner cruise ship where our rehearsal dinner will be held. The ship sails from 6:30-10, during which our families and bridal party will enjoy a three course seated dinner, live entertainment, and dancing.

Last but not least, we stopped into Publix to order the wedding cake. I love Publix cake. Publix has the best buttercream frosting and moist cake. We ordered a beautiful 3-layer ivory cake with pink roses and orange dots to match our monogram topper.

Looks like a great spot, Springroll! I am getting married in St. Petersburg in January and also getting my cake at Publix. They really are the best, and reasonably priced too. Nice way to represent the Tampa Bay area. Oh, and go Rays!

I had a Publix wedding cake! We had a wonderful experience. We lucked out and our baker was truly heaven sent. She put so much care into our cake. We got so many compliments on that cake. And you can’t beat that price. I recommend the lemon and vanilla custard filling

I miss Publix cake! We don’t have Publix in VA.
Will admit that Wright’s Deli is my Tampa favorite but Publix is a close second. Go Rays!
My cake was from Publix too! I designed the cake myself and the lovely head baker there executed my vision to a T! It was fabulous, exactly what I wanted, tasted great and best of all…. was SOOO MUCH CHEAPER than any of the other cake vendors I’d met with!

That deck will be such a beautiful place to get married! Please don’t let the best man trip though, mmmkay? 
:::Sigh::: How I miss Publix! I grew up in Florida eating Publix birthday cakes my whole life, but now I’m living in Texas and have to settle for Tom Thumb. It isn’t bad, but I still get nostagic when I think of Publix!
This was the original spot that I wanted to have my wedding ceremony but unfortunately, they were booked well over a year in advance. I suggested this to Miss Springroll and she loved it!

I’m so glad to see all of these rave reviews of Publix! We just, just, just got a Publix, and I’m the guinea pig for the local ladies around here with my wedding cake–glad to know so many love them!
