Not A Bad Trade Off

October 24th, 2008 @ 3:16 pm by Mrs. Lemonade

Ever since I figured out what a gocco was I’ve wanted one. I’ve been entertaining thoughts of beautifully handmade invitations and/or an endless supply of matching paper accessories a la the incredible Kristina of A Lovely Morning or our very own Mrs. Penguin.

Unforch, those dreams have been dashed by the recent shortage on gocco supplies and my free time and sanity. Boo.

Lucky for me, my consolation prize will be something like this:

while not my designer, etsy seller invited ink is very very awesome

and this:

oh, Paper Source, how I love thee…

I love Invited Ink. For letterpress invitations, they are actually quite reasonable. I am planning a budget wedding, but invitations are to me what flowers are to most brides, so I am scrimping on the flowers and getting the invitations of my dreams!

Can’t wait to see your finished product!

Just wanted to recommend Etsy seller kissntellcards (http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5078685) for those looking for Etsy letterpress invites - she didn’t have letterpress on her store yet, but I asked her to see if she can find a printer, and voila - gorgeous custom letterpres invites!
