Thank you all so much for your thoughts about the Lady Champs’ attire! It seems as though there is a discrepancy as to how a new mamma can flaunt her new goods. Some said strapless is flattering, and others thought straps would be much more supportive. Seeing as I’ve never been a new mamma, I just asked the ladies what they thought. And the verdict???

You may recall Champ and I are going for an elegant and romantic wedding day. Our colors are gold and ivory with subtle touches of deep red hues. We’ll have a ton of candles, and the outdoor firepit will be visible from our guest tables. Champ and I agreed that this dress seems like a timeless style and it fits both our ceremony and our venue locations.

I love that dress and your inspiration board is gorgeous! I would say our two words would be “fresh” and “timeless.”
Ours would definitely be “Funky” and “Eclectic”.

Our style is “modern whimsy,” so that is what our wedding will reflect. I think that accurately describes my apartment too.
I adored those gowns! I am so glad you picked them, and I really do think they will flatter all of your bridesmaids. Wonderful choice. And I love your two words: elegance and romance… very classic! My wedding is going to be in July of 2009. Right now we’re leaning towards Charming and Loveable (or Charming and “Green”- for the environment! but loveable works too, as we will be trying to love the environment and each other on our wedding day!)

I got a book from the local library called “Weddings for Grown-Ups” and they let you pick three words…we agreed on two. 
The only one I remember was “comfortable.”
