About Mrs. Espresso

As I wrote about in my flower girl dress post, we really wanted our flower girl to feel like she was playing dress up. I know weddings can get boring for kids so the more fun we could make it for her, the better.

To enhance the “dress up” theme: I went out on a hunt for some “Wedding Day” presents for her.

I was so excited when I found this tiara, wand, and white boa. I found them all at Claire’s… which is actually a great place to get affordable and fun stuff for young girls.

And then I hit up the dollar section at Target. Do you know how many fun and awesome things they have there?! I found all this fun Hello Kitty stuff there: activity pads, stickers, necklaces, bracelets, hair clips, nail polish, etc…

She loved everything and ended up wearing the tiara and necklace down the aisle.

I love the dollar bins at Target :) . I’m from Canada, so everytime I head down south to a Target, I hit the dollar bins first :)

I think my flower girl dropped out! Poo! I think this idea is so fun and creative. I think if more people did something like this, you’d have less weddings where the FG either screamed down the aisle or flat out refused to go.
