About Mrs. Daffodil

We’ve GOT Them!

November 14th, 2008 @ 1:40 pm by Mrs. Daffodil

Yes, THEM… as in, our OFFICIAL wedding photos!  Early last week, I received an eagerly anticipated email from our photographer, Scott Robert, with a link to our official wedding slide show and a simple message of, “I hope you like them!” And guess what? The whole thing was just beautiful.

I know you’re thinking, “What?? What about all those pics in your recaps?”

Yes, those were from our photographer too, but those were the raw images! One of the reasons we hired Scott was not only for his amazing ability to compose gorgeous shots but also his awesome post-processing skills. Just check out the magic that he is able to work, all the romance and emotion that he infuses into the image:

Just gorgeous and simply amazing, right?! Of course, it’s more than just about post-processing skills since you have to have a good image to start with. Lucky for us, Scott is probably to best there is in both respects!

Anyway, a few more for you without spoiling the rest of the recaps… I’m saving all the edited images for later, so below are a selection of pics from moments that I’ve already written about!

Handsome Mr. D…

I’m afraid that’s all you get for now, as I am saving the rest for the soon-to-come recaps! A big thank you to Scott for taking such beautiful photos for us that we will truly cherish for the rest of our lives.

Now it’s on to picking which ones go into the album…!

Your pics are amazing! Scott Robert is a genius - but I don’t know if I’d be able to wait 5 or 6 months for the final product!

I can’t believe the transformation in that first photo! Wow! My fav is definitely the one of you sitting on the couch. Or actually, it is that one you don’t see here where you are putting on your shoes and your veil looks like a silky puddle of shimmery goodness.
