That was the perfect thing for my mother in law. She doesn’t understand shutterfly so I just made up a picturebook for her and had it mailed to her.

So I went and clicked yesterday, and it said something to the effect of “oh yay, we’ve put the offer in your account!”

But today, it’s not there??? My account just has the 20 free 4×6 prints and developing credits…. no book!

Did it disappear from anyone else’s account?

I had the same problem. I created the album Thursday but it was so slow. So gave up. This morning, I saw it was extended, but when I went through the checkout, it never showed a credit and shows the full charge. I sent them a notice, but not sure I am going to get the free book.

I just finished mine last night! I was confused about the credit too, it didn’t show up until the very last stage of ordering. We used the book for our vacation photos from this summer, they would have been pushed aside for wedding stuff soon, I’m sure.
