Share this post: Nimli Pashmina Scarf Giveaway!
I am making them chandelier earrings and putting them in a cute clutch.
I am giving them totes with their names on them, good smelling stuff from Bath and Bodyworks, fun lip glosses and earrings.
I am giving them a full day of wedding day accessories. Yoga mat, robe, slippers, make up case with some items, earrings, and necklaces (all for less than $50 per bridesmaid!) These scarves are beautiful, I would definitely buy them if they were in my budget!
I am gifting them with a jewelry set - swarovski cystral drop necklaces and matching drop earrings as well as matching pashminas.
Actually, I will be giving them pashminas just like this! Our wedding is in winter so I wanted to give them something to help survive the outdoor photos! Plus it’s also very reusable. I will choose something like the ivory, vanilla or pearl colors in the Azuri range.
I have been looking for wraps as part of the gifts but haven’t found any yet! These are beautiful. I’m also giving them each a JCrew black clutch, travel make-up bags with bliss products and a mani/pedi.
I was planning to give pashminas, along with some Philosophy body wash, and a gift certificate for something they’d each like.
I’m doing Pashminas to keep them warm in the evening and make up bags… but I LOVE these!
I will be handcrafting each one of my girls a custom clutch. Inside the clutch will be their wedding jewelry set. I am also planning on Goccoing some note cards for each girl.
I am in the process of putting together a cookbook of sorts… including pictures of all the girls… maybe some stories of the girls and documenting this whole wedding process and im going to get them printed probably at lulu.com.
I am giving my ‘maids their dresses and a fun repurposed scrabble letter necklace that is painted in a design that suits their personalities.
I’ll be giving them hand-made (by my very talented co-worker) jewelry to match their dresses. And trying think of something else little…
I’m gifting my bridesmaids with their dresses and pashmina wraps! I haven’t found the perfect ones yet, though.
These Pashmina shawls are beautiful! I haven’t decided what to get my bridesmaids yet. I would like to get them something to wear/use at the wedding (a necklace, shawl, or clutch). The day before the wedding they will be going on a zipline outing with me as a gift from me as well.
I actually gave them pashmina scarfs for the day of and gift cards for their manicure and pedicure for that day. ![]()
My bridesmaids received matching necklace & earring sets as well as personalized framed photos.
My MOH really needed cash. She really was between a rock and a hard place yet was still able to juggle her crazy schedule for me. She and the officiant were the only people outside of family attending the wedding and I wouldn’t have done it without her. We’ve known each other for 18 years. I gave her what she needed at the time: cash. While I was home I brought clothes for her two boys; books (we exchange often) and a Coach bag of mine because I knew she would never buy one for herself and had wanted one for a long time. She even lent me my “something borrowed” - her grandmothers antique mesh purse. I may even give her the pashmina if I win because it would go so nicely with her coloring and cold Michigan weather. (Wrote so much because I miss her - lol!)
I am getting my maids gift cards for spa treatments and jewelry, but have been holding out for some cute pashminas…hello nimli!!
I gave them swarovoski jewelry, personalized notecards, vintage like aprons and yummy soaps.
I’m thinking of giving them jewlery to wear for the wedding.
I gave them picture frames and a customized item like earrings, coasters, cookbook, etc. and cute canvas bags I made with their initial on it.
I have gotten them each a purse, some jewlery, and likely a shawl.
my maids are getting their dresses for the day, hair, potentially jewelry and maybe a little clutch.
My maids are getting hand made jewelry, monogramed stationary and shoes!
There is a great customer purse place some of you may know… 1154 Lill, so I am getting all my girls a reversible purse from them with one side to match the bridesmaid dresses and the other side a fun fabric that matches their personality that they can use other times. Then I am filling it with the swarovski crystal and pearl jewelry I am making for them to wear for the wedding and other little girl purse must-haves like nail file, mints, mini perfume, lip gloss, etc. If pashminas could could fit in my gift budget then I would have done those too, it could be a little chilly in the evening in October!
wedding day jewlery, hopefully pasminas!
and some yet-to-be decided upon gifts!
beautiful! I paid for my bridesmaids’ dresses and their lodging.
i would provide the dress and lodging, hair styling as well
I had 3 bridesmaid and 1 maid of honor. I bought 4 black tote bags. In each bag I got a bottle of champagne and chocolates. Then I individualized the gift.. gave 1 girl a Victoria Secret robe, another girl a Victoria Secret lounge outfit, another girl a pashmima and my maid of honor an ipod nano (for all the work she helped me with).
Gorgeous!
I’m planning on bathrobes and tote bags for each to start, plus something more personal for each one, although I haven’t decided quite what yet…
my bridesmaids are all getting clutches filled with cosmetic goodness. =)
what an awesome give-away! i wanted to gift my maids with pashminas. this would be so perfect for me!
I’m giving them Vera Bradley messenger bags and wedding day accessories.
I’d love to give them a Nimli pashmina for our winter wedding. They’ll also be getting matching earrings, a necklace, flip flops to change into and all in an eco-friendly bag.
Each maid is choosing their own dress, so my gift will be a coordinating necklace from an etsy artist!
A set of pearl earrings and matching necklace - but this is a fab gift - they would love it!
Hmm… this far out, they’re getting their hair and makeup done for sure. I’ve been scouring Etsy for some ideas, and love some of the necklaces I’ve found.
A jewelry travel case with jewelry for the wedding day. Not sure what else, but a pashmina would be great!
Our wedding party is tiny, so it’s just my sister as Maid of Honor. I’m not sure what to get her, but one of my gifts is going to a either a photobook or a set of matching frames of some of our best pictures together over the years. Also, she lives in Italy now and has been doing a lot long distance. I was thinking of booking a weekend for her and her husband to spend at a local state park that has amazing fully equipped cabins (stove, heaters, fridge). It won’t cost much (less that $50 a night) and I think it would be a great thank you gift.
I only had the one, and I got her a music box in the shape of a piano. It’s one of those long, inside, BFF kind of stories as to why I chose that. It made her cry.
Wraps are on the list to give my maids, and eco-friendly ones would make me oh so happy, and go perfect with my Modern Organic theme. I also hope to get them some eco-friendly jewelry and I am going to make them each a clutch. Cross your fingers that my sewing skills are up to par!! Hope I win!!!!!
I only have two bridesmaids - my sister and a good friend from college. We’re having an intimate wedding two days after Christmas and I’ve been planning to get them pashminas so this would be perfect! I’ve also purchased makeup bags and coin purses from etsy and plan to make personalized stationary and perhaps get a bunch of nice smelling soaps.
So would like to see the girls in Pashminas. Have no idea what to get them!! and the clock is ticking
Because I have a bit of a “bag problem,” I’m thinking I’ll be giving my two ladies new clutches, with earrings to go with their dresses. I was in both of their weddings, so its time to give back!!
I’m giving them red pocketbooks and would love to give them pashminas (hey, san francisco is really cold!)
Ooh, ooh, how wonderful! I’m going to give each of my three girls an antique hankie, a custom clutch from Etsy, and possibly personalized stationary. The pashminas would be nice for them or even for our moms and grandmothers.
I have five bridesmaids. . . how perfect! I’m giving each BM a personalized gift that will include tickets to her favorite event or concert (the tickets vary from bluegrass concerts to Broadway plays)!
Purses, bath goodies, tote bags, hankies, mirrors, the list goes on!
We are having a nautical themed wedding in the fall so we are planning on giving each girl a pair of starfish earrings, a beach bag, flip flops, and a pashmina in the wedding colors.
i’m making custom totebags for each of my ladies, and plan to include jewelry, fun makeup, fancy candy, and undoubtedly some form of pashmina or shawl JUST IN CASE my adamant requests for sunny weather are not granted.
oh! I originally wanted to give my maids Pashminas, but I didn’t find any I liked in my limited budget. We are getting married in February with hopefully the dancing outdoors, so they could use some warmth….we would LOVE these, as we are doing a “green” wedding theme
a clutch, and a Tiffany bracelet (i only have 1 to buy for!)
I am paying for the bridesmaid dresses. Hopefully we managed to pick something they can wear again!
They’ve indulged me for a year, now time for some self-indulgence for them — I’m giving super fabulous bathrobes, champagne, box of Godiva, and of of my favorite books that shows the power of female friendships. But these would be a great extra because it’s a January NYC wedding! Will be freezing ![]()
I’m going to shorten their bridesmaid dresses so they actually can “wear them again” because very few people actually take that step on their own, and I’m going to make them all earrings that match their different styles.
Oh how cool! I was planning on giving my girls pashmina’s, jewelry for the big day (earrings & necklace), a manicure or pedicure (their choice) and a comemorative tank top with the logo I created for my BMs!! I would absolutely love to win!
I’m making tote bags for each of the girls. I’m also looking into some homemade soaps I found on etsy. I had planned on also trying to give each of them a pashmina as well. These are beautiful!
I haven’t gotten too far along with that part of the planning process yet BUT I was planning on getting them pashminas since it can get quite chilly in Maine (our wedding locale) at night. Obviously, these would be perfect!
Earrings from Redot Designs, foot petals, nail polish, sunglasses because I am random and hopefully these scarfs!!
Well, I already gave them a bag with sandals, jewelry, a robe, and a nightie. My wedding was in July and it was 90 degrees on into the night, so we didn’t have a need for them. Otherwise this would have been a great option!
i will be giving them flip flops for dancing as well as foot petals for their heels. oh and a necklace too!
I gave them their hair appointment, their jewelery and an applicable gift depending on the person.
I’m giving each of them a personalized tote, a necklace, flip flops, and a mani/pedi set.
I’m giving my bridesmaids jewelry that my FMIL made, a handmade purse and personalized magnet bought from etsy, and some Victoria Secret lip gloss.
Haven’t finalized my bridesmaid gift details so far, but right now they’re getting a personalized tote with a robe, spa certificate, jewelry, and assorted bath and beauty goodies. I was hoping to find pashminas to give them, and these are gorgeous!
I am giving them each an engraved sterling silver bracelet and a bag full of pampering and girly accessories.
im hoping to get necklaces & books that fit each one’s personality!
I was actually planning on giving them these! You have actually read my mind so I’ve got my fingers and toes crossed!
I’m buying each a reusable shopping bag and filling it with quirky items, like animal-themed key covers, some funky jewelry and a book for journal writing!
From http://shop.theanimalrescuesite.com/ I got them beautiful purses and a pendant. I made the pendants into necklaces, and made them earrings and barefoot sandals to match. I also found (on sale!) a folding photo frame and place a photo of the bridesmaid and I in it on one side, and a note in the other saying that it would be filled by the 4×6 wedding photo of us of their choice. And, because we dont know what the weather will be like come April, hopefully including some shawls for them!
I want to gift pashminas! And also a Coach purse and point and shoot camera. I only have one bridesmaid and she’s coming all the way to Italy for my wedding, so I love her extra special.
Nothing yet! We’re having a winter wedding and I don’t want to give them anything cliche. This is an awesome Idea to keep them warm and be gifted!
Since my colors are purple and yellow, I want to get my bridesmaids gifts in those colors. I’ve got some cool souvenirs from my trip to Japan (t-shirts, compacts) that I want to include. I’ve also bought their dresses for them and I want to get them matching silver jewelry to wear as well.
I don’t know yet! But I do know that I want to get each of them a different gift that corresponds to her unique personality and interests.
A different bag to fit their personality filled with lots of personalized goodies. A wrap for each of them would be perfect!
I am having necklaces and hairpieces made by a local artisan. Each girl will get a different necklace representing my unique relationship with her. I also just bought some great messenger bags for each girl made out of fully recycled materials. I would love to give each of my girls one of these pashminas as well!
Well, I’m getting married in October so there is a strong possibility that they might need a Nimli Pashmina Scarf. Any chance I could win 5? ![]()
I’ve only gotten the jewelry for my girls. But will be adding a tote, flipflops, and a pashmina for each girl. Weather is unpredictable in SF.
I’m only having my older sister as my maid of honor. I’m thinking of giving her a scrapbook of pictures of the two of us together through the years, including a picture of us together at her wedding (I was her MOH). The last page will be a letter to her thanking her for all of her support, kindness, and love through the years.
My two sisters are my “maids” of honor and they are both getting goody bags filled with dancing shoes (flip flops), gel shoe inserts, double sided clothing tape, all three of us will have similar rings with our three birthstones, etc. These scarves would make a perfect addition to the bags!
I’m joining with the crowd… I’m hoping to give them pashminas as well, for the February weather. ![]()
In addition to getting their jewelry for them, I’m putting together huge, personalized, canvas tote bags, filled with goodies. The bags themselves are cool, but I’m working on some way to personalize them, without being cheesy or without identifying the event. I’d like for them to feel as though they can use the bags again. Inside the bags, I’m throwing in some homemade snacks, as they are both coming in from out of town. I’m also including some inexpensive but personal little items that go with our theme, such as a beach-themed notepad or notecard set. I also plan on making scarves for them, that match the look and feel of the wedding weekend. I want to just shower my bridal party with gifts, because they are such cool girls!
got them them dresses, hair, makeup, shoes and flipflops!
OMG this is so perfect. I was planning on getting pashmina’s for myself and my bridesmaids.
I’m leaning toward a cute wrap or a spa package. I’m so undecided.
my bridesmaids are all my sister’s and they are getting this necklace: http://www.bluepoppyjewelry.net/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=9
which is the constellation of the seven sisters.
i got the girls their dresses & personalized cards w/ their initials and was intending on getting them Pashmina’s as well (from Turkey) unfortunately that didn’t work out due to finances…this would be so great!!
I am giving my amazing girls cute (hot pink!) clutches, jewelry to match their dresses, picture frames with b&w pics of us together, and pedicures.
I am getting the girls pashminas and some cute clutches.
I am thinking of giving them all a cute necklace that they can wear on the day of the wedding if they like. I was also considering pashminas because they would come in handy and they really do look cute with their dresses.
My girls are honoring me so much just by being there, so I’m happy to be paying for their choice of BM dresses. I’m also giving them monogrammed compacts and a book that I’ve picked out speciallly for each of them based on the qualities I love them for!
These pashminas would be a gorgeous addition to the day and a wonderfully luxurious way for them to remember it for year after…
I bought their dresses, and am looking for pashminas and earrings for them to wear. These look beautiful.
I am giving my maids a spa weekend the weekend before the wedding. I am also giving them their dresses and a fun goodie bag filled with flip flops, bath salts, lip gloss, a photo album, kleenx and their jewelry.
I’m hoping to give them freebie pashminas (hint hint)
but other than that I’m not sure yet.

Earrings, personalized stationary, make-up cases and foot petals!
Most of my maids are my sorority sisters. My sorority sisters will each get a mug with our sorority letters and their names on it. The other two are getting really cute pink clutches I found.
All of the bridal party (guys included) are getting custom converses. I realize that its not too feminine, but trust me when I say my BM’s are not that girly at all and I think they’ll really like their shoes! I really want something memorable and useful for them in the future. Nothing like a cute pair of kicks!
What a beautiful pashmina! I haven’t decided yet, but I’m thinking about jewelry and personalized stationary.
I’m giving them some cute little clutches from etsy and some personalized stationery
Love the pashmina! Aside from gifting my maids with their bridesmaid dresses and makeup session done by a pro for the wedding, I am going to gift each with a monogram necklace and hopefully those pashminas!!
I’d actually been considering getting them pashminas in nearly that color! Their dresses are champagne, so I wanted a color in that family. I will also be paying for their hair and/or makeup (whichever they choose), I’m planning on making different floral/feather hair fascinators for each one, and I will probably get them each a necklace or something similar.
I’m giving them their bridemaids dresses! I’m also making them necklaces and treating them to manicures and pedicures the day before the wedding. I’m so excited!
I’ll be buying the girls their dresses, and these wraps would complement their ensemble nicely!
I want to spoil my ‘maids as much as I can without making my FI want to divorce me before we’re even married. I will definitely be gifting them with beautiful floral braceles made by and etsy seller that I just found out I forgot to add to my favorites. So I guess I will be searching exhaustively until I find them! I will also be gifting them with these gorgeous pashminas, I hope!!
For our December 20th wedding, I wanted to give them things to keep them warm: a make-your-own tumbler with their thank you note in the view, homemade cocoa, a pair of slippers, and Burt’s Bees deliciousness!
I got them pearls! pearl necklaces and matching studs.
I am having a party through 1154 Lill Studio where I’m paying for my bridesmaids to custom design their own handbag!!!
I’m giving them a cookbook that suits their personal tastes and a garmet bag (to hold their dresses) made by me! Very personal:) Of course, these pashminas would be a great addition to any bridesmaid gift.
I’ll be giving my ‘maids pashminas (hopefully!!!), cute little clutches with handmade ribbon flower broches on them, earrings, and some handmade stationary. So excited!! These are BEAUTIFUL!!
I actually am having a winter wedding and was considering doing pashminas. I would also love to get them a small jewelry bag to hold a different sparkly brooch to pin on their sashes.
I am giving them each a spa gift card, a robe with their initials embroidered on it and matching slippers
I’m thinking of a relaxation kit after all the craziness; a basket with slippers, a robe, bath salts, some tea, and a nice mug. They deserve it after all the hard work!
Oh, I’m a mess on maid gifts! My girls are all so different from each other.
I think I’m getting true German Beer Steins to two of the girls and Japanese Tea sets to two of the girls.
Two of them I haven’t figured out yet. Seems like I should get them something related to beverages!
Everyone is getting day of jewelry.
Well, if I win the pashminas, I’ll be gifting those!
But I was planning on taking my girls to LILL studios for a little bag-making party!
Swarovski necklace/earrings, Juicy Couture flip flops, bath bombs, totes & wonderfully soft azuri feather pashminas???
I am giving my maids a pearl necklace each, a jewelery pouch, and a personalized notes set. But it would nice to include a pashmina because my wedding is in March- it’ll be cold here in upstate NY.
I’m making bags for them, and each girl will get a different Dogeared Wish Necklace! The rest is undecided (still 8.5 months to go….)
I got them bracelets from Things Remembered in our wedding colors, engraved with “May the Force be with you” and our wedding date. Five shawls would be perfect … then I could have one too!
HOW PERFECT! just so happens I have FIVE bridesmaids
ANDDDD these shawls match my wedding colors! I still havn’t bought anything for them yet, but was planning on a bunch of little things. Our wedding is in September so you never know what the weather is going to be like! It would be nice to have a little cover up for those cool nights!
I’m baking them all awesome treats, because they kind of love my cookies.
We’re paying for whatever new pair of shoes they want to buy for the wedding, plus (our big surprise!) a new digital camera to help take pics of the day.
I will be hand printing letterpress note cards for each of my bridesmaids as well as making clutch purses for each of the girls. The letterpress note card designs and fabric for the purses will be chosen to match the unique personalities of each bridesmaid.
a cute tote bags, pashminas, a bottle of wine and some jewlery!
I’m giving them pashminas (matching ones b/c they are all wearing different black dresses) and necklace and earring sets.
Im gifting my maids cute apple green unbrellas! Its a two-for one. They are totally practical, plus my wedding is outside so if it rains they’ll be super cute!
I made them jewelry- for the day and fun stuff too, flip flops, and fun tote bags from etsy!
I am giving each of my maids a necklace that has a charm distinct to their personalities and putting them in a cute clutch.
These would be absolutely perfect! My wedding is in June on Cape Cod so the wedding can be a little unpredictable and pashminas would be a wonderful gift (and I have 5 maids!)! So far I got them a super fun make up case and made them all scarves (for the holidays) and I’m making them jewelry rolls.
Those are so gorgeous - and I was already thinking about getting my maids pashminas! We’re going to be outdoors in April, which can still be a little chilly, so it would be perfect!
I was just puzzling over this! I’m really not sure yet, but I know they would love pashminas! Hmmm. Did I just solve my problem?
I’m giving them (different) framed images of palm trees because I’m getting married in Santa Barbara! I wanted to avoid their “gift” being something that they also have to wear — and a fun framed print can go anywhere in their homes. Plus a fun pair of hanky panky panties! They fit everyone and will spice up the wedding weekend! (ok, but I would secretly love to give them lovely wraps since it can get chilly in SB on fall nights!)
After a lot of searching I FINALLY found 4 bracelets that match up with each one of my ‘maids personalities! In addition to that they’ll also get luggage tags and a few other odds and ends. I just can’t help buying them presents!
handmade necklace, a cute clutch, and hopefully an Azuri Feather Pashmina Shawl ![]()
i’m thinking a necklace of some sort: locket or pretty pendant that matches their personality.
Stained glass Claddagh symbol window hangings and vintage handkerchiefs.
A great vintage-touched Etsy clutch like these, ideally monogrammed: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5886133§ion_id=5454816
My plan is to gift these to the maids right the morning of the big day, and ask them to carry them down the aisle in lieu of expensive bouquets. Two wedding purchases for the price of one!
I’ll be giving them all adorable little clutches from various stores in the mall…and I would just love to add a gorgeous neutral pashmina to each gift!
We are giving all of our wedding party a hotel room for the night. This ensure that they all are able to have a good time, and no one needs to worry about driving.
Ummm….pashminas?! Actually a few things including pearls and an enamel frame in the wedding colors:)
I had some custom jewelry handmade for them.
…and I loved them so much that I had a set made for me as well ![]()
I am giving my girls a custom designed pearl necklace unique to each one. Also little things that bring fond memories of our relationship. ex. my moh is getting a bottle cap key chain with a secret agent girl that her and i will only understand.
My FMIL and I will be working together to make necklaces and earrings for my bridesmaids, all made from similar colors but each will be designed differently to reflect each bridesmaid’s personality and individuality.
I love them! I don’t know what I’m getting my maids yet — hopefully Azuri Feather Pashmina Shawls : )
I am giving them jewelry and a clutch. I would also like to give the Pashmina Shawl ![]()
I’ve designed pomanders for my maids to carry that will be made of fabric rosettes that my mother is crafting (kinda like the antique silk rose bouquets you can see on Etsy). I think that these will make a really great keepsake from the wedding. FH and I are also paying for the rehearsal dinner ourselves.
Im giving them a neclkace to wear at the wedding, a little cosmetic bag that Im having embrodered with their name and the wedding date and am making them mini scrapbooks with pictures of us together and my thank you note written inside.
Pearls, and a few other things but a pashmina would be nice to add!!
I’ll definitely be giving the girls pashminas since it’s a fall wedding in the northeast. We all went to the same college so I’m getting flipflops with our mascot. In addition, I am getting each girl something unique to our relationship…a friendship print for one, a bottle of wine for another.
I’m getting married in the fall, so I’m gifting pashminas for sure! These are a beauty.
I’m not sure of the entire gift yet, but it will definitely include J.Crew flip flops for dancing!
I’m not sure what I’m giving my maids. I will definitely try to find some type of jewelry for them to wear on the wedding day (they expect it) but otherwise I’m not completely sure!
My bridesmaids will probably be getting these even if I don’t win ![]()
hand made soap, hand made pearl necklaces with a red ribbon tie to hand down the back, hand made note cards personalized for them, the obligitory bridesmaid tank top (complete with bling of course) all tucked inside a handmade purse!
I would love to win these for my bridesmaids since I am having a beach wedding in May and it will probably be windy! I am giving them engraved bracelets with other goodies!
I plan to gift my maids with Pashminas, Notebooks by Nakata Joy and individual sets of jewelry handmade by me!
I am giving my bridesmaids a swavorski jewelry set, earrings and a bracelet, I made myself, a purse with a flower fascinator sewed onto it and a hand painted wine glass. I love the the pashminas - they would be perfect for my January wedding and are even the perfect color!
I am giving them earrings and paying for them to get their hair done. Pashminas would be awesome since our wedding is Dec. 27th.
I’m giving my bridesmaids totes with their names on them filled with homemade treats (I love to bake) and other little tote stuffers that I can find. ![]()
I wanted to thank my girls for being part of my wedding in as many ways as possible, so I started with their “Will You Be My Bridesmaid” gift - monogrammed mini tote bags from TheKnot.com. For my bachelorette party, I’ve already ordered the group (plus my mom, my sister-in-law and myself, I couldn’t help it!) pink leather flasks, also from TheKnot. For their “official” bridesmaids gifts, since the theme of my wedding is wine, I’m giving each girl a personalized wine tote filled with a bottle of their favorite wine and a keepsake wine glass. I’m also giving them Old Navy flip flops, paying for their hair, AND … giving them champagne-colored pashminas to wear over their black dresses.
This is where this giveaway would really help! I’d like to be able to give them a good-quality garment, not something that looks or feel cheap, but since I’ve already planned to give so much, it might end up that way … so I’ll keep my fingers crossed!
Le Sportsac bags, custom jewelry, makeup bags, and much more!
i will be giving them pearl earrings and necklaces. these pashminas would be a great addition!
I’ll be gifting them with their bridesmaid dresses, a clutch, and anything I can get my hands on throughout the year. They’re all quite different so I look forward to finding items that fit the personality for each gal!
I will be making them each personalized notecards on reycyled paper!
I am thinking of giving each girl a tote bag filled with stuff. Each will have a necklace that they would love, earrings, flip-flops, and these pashminas would go great!!
I’m giving them either a Spanish-style shawl or jewelry.
I am giving my maids pearl bracelets. I love the pashmina!!
So far they are receiving handmade bouquet charms from me (and hopefully now a shawl!)… ![]()
I would love to give my maids these pashminas to keep them warm at my November wedding! ![]()
Since most of our bridal party has been married and in several bridal parties, we decided to gift them with an experience. We took our bridal party, their spouses/dates, and family on a wine tour around Napa/Sonoma in a chartered limo bus and took them out to lunch. We also had our professional photog come to get pro pics of them with their significant others while wine tasting. It was the best way to spend the day before the wedding!
Something personalized, but I haven’t decided what yet
No joke, we’re giving our female attendants (we have males and females on BOTH sides, so we don’t call them bridesmaids) pashmini shawls in a apple-green color to match our theme, monogrammed martini glasses, an engraved piece of jewelry that represents a significant memory with each of them, and probably some body products for pampering before the wedding.
I have actually perused the NIMLI site before and bookmarked these same shawls, so it would be quite ironic to WIN them!
I haven’t really gotten that far but I would love to pay for their dress and give them individually chosen gifts since they range in age by a lot!
The fiance and I are avid golfers, so we’re going to give the wedding party golf polos in our wedding colors, personalized golf balls and tees with our names and wedding date printed on it, and a complimentary round of golf. …and, with a little luck, pashminas for the bridesmaids!!! ![]()
I am giving my bms vintage rhinestone brooches that I’ve collected from ebay to put on their dresses, plus vintage rhinestone earrings. I also got them each a custom clutch from etsy. I would love to add the pashminas to the mix!
I’ll be giving them yoga mats, a gift certificate for a yoga class, and herbal tea.
My maids will all be getting spa gift certificates & the necklaces worn in the wedding.
I actually already got wraps for them from this site. But I am also doing mini-suitcases filled with goodies (some day of and hotel related - kleenex, bandaids, bottles of water) but also destination related tourist things (magnets or mugs), water proof mascara, a bracelet or something else and any other fun that is Colorado related.
I had been kicking around a few ideas, but after seeing the pashmina, I’m good to go! So elegant!
I gave mine a chicken….actually it is a piece of folk art sculpted from clay and feathers by an artist that she loves.
I am purchasing moissanite and amethyst drop earrings for my girls. I was also going to gift them a pashima, since the dresses are sleeveless/strapless and it will be late March.
I haven’t decided what I’m getting my girls yet. In the running are slippers, wraps, jewelry rolls, jewelry, candles, gift certificates to get their nails done etc.
I’d love to give them these wraps, but I’m also giving them some jewelry!
I am actually gifting everything to my bridesmaid, who is my little sister. She will be finishing up her final year of college when I get married, so she doesn’t have money to spend on the wedding. I am buying her dress, her shoes, her cover-up, her hair, her jewelry!
We haven’t finalized anything yet (we have 11 months to go) but so far: hotel accommodations for the night, their dresses, and some jewelry for the day. We don’t want to force them to have to buy things just because I want it in my wedding. As far as gifties, I’m thinking purses, because they’re all waaaay into new bags.
i’m gifting jewlery. not just day of jewlery. something they can wear all the time and look at and feel special. did you check out the pet stuff on that site?!?! A-Dorable!
I will be giving my maids chunky bracelets but these would be a great gift to add for an outdoor wedding!
I’m getting my girls some simple jewelry and something personal for each one that reflects their personality. I’m just shopping like I would for their birthdays. Those shawls are gorgeous
eek…i havent decided yet!
well they can wear any black dress….so thats a bit of a gift in itself….ummm…i havent really decided yet…but they will probably each get something different because they have such different tastes…but probs umbrellas for sure…because they look adorable in pics, and it’s an outdoor wedding!
OH MY GOD, this is so perfect! I’ve been planning on giving them this exact pashmina shawl with hand knotted pearl necklaces. I am so in love with these shawls.
These gorgeous wraps! Back up gift: handmade seaglass bracelets.
I’d love to give them a eco friendly pashmina to go along with their necklace, earrings and flipflops in their eco friendly bag.
I was planning on giving them pashminas with their initials on them in a eco-friendly bag that has a vintage inspired letter on it. Very chic and functional. Only the best for my gals!
I’m buying the dress, hair and makeup, and a pashmina because the wedding is in late March and we’ll need them!
Our wedding is two years away, but I already bought starfish earrings, and I also want to give them each a beach bag maybe vineyard vines or Anna Street, a pashmina, and flip flops!
I’m getting them adorable monogrammed LLbean totes and filling them with so much awesome stuff–most of it also monogrammed–like coffee mugs, cosmetic cases, socks. Then, earrings because they’re the perfect accessory and a gift certificate for a massage (because I shouldn’t be the only one relaxing).
Hopefully something from Etsy! They have the most unique items there.
i haven’t decided yet, but wraps has just made it to the top of the list!!
Mongorammed LL bean totes, Monogrammed beach towels, Essie nail polish, Dogeared necklaces, flip flops, wine, Southampton T shirts, pay for makeup
I’m giving my maids each a little something different to fit their different personalities. Some are getting fun clutches, or jewelry, others are getting really nice soaps or a donation to a charity that is important to them in their name. A little something special for everyone. I’m still working out the details, but that’s my plan anyways.
I’m planning to give my b-maids handmade necklaces and earrings, batik-sarong from my home country, and pay for makeup and hair.
I’m either going to get all pretty earrings to wear or customize the gifts - or do both! I still need to shop around though!
I plan to give them a gift card to MAC, a cosmetic bag, and some jewelry. I’ve been looking for pashmina’s too since my wedding is in the morning.
I plan to give them a gift card to MAC, a cosmetic bag, and some jewelry. I’ve been looking for pashminas too since my wedding is in the morning.
I got my 3 bridesmaids and MOH each a personalized return address stamps from a seller on etsy. I also got them really early (the wedding’s in June 2009, and I got them last August). I also got a personalized stamp for the mother of my two ring bearers, because she’s a good friend too.
I’m getting my gals pearl earrings. These wraps would also be perfect since they’re all wearing strapless dresses.
The pashminas are beautiful. However, I will probably get my ladies a clutch or jewelry, chocolate, and a bottle of wine or champagne.
i got them matching crystal bracelets, flip-flops that i embellished with bling, and personalized stationary!
I’m giving my brides paper umbrellas with painted designs that I bought while in Thailand this summer. My bridesmaids will be carrying them instead of bouquets during the ceremony as well!
I individualized for each of my girls because they all have different personalities. One of my friends loves earrings but does not have pierced ears, so I had a bunch of clip ons made for her. Another friend just started work as an interior designer so I got her a cool necklace that will fit her trendy work environment.
I’m planning on buying each of my bridesmaids a monogram necklace and clutch off of etsy and letterpressing some stationary for each.
These are so beautiful! I was planning on giving them a necklace and a monogrammed tote bag filled with other goodies. Other goodies TBA.
These would be perfect!
I will be treating my maids to a spa day (massage, manis and pedis!!) - and my wedding will be in November (brrrrr) so I was already thinking of throwing in a pashmina for each of the girls too!
Thanks
Yes, hopefully 1 of 5 Nimli wheat colored Pashminas! And maybe their dresses that will be cute and flattering and reusable??
I have tried to get my maids things that I would really appreciate. Pashmina was on the top of my list for our destination wedding in Mexico, but I just can’t afford it this would be a dream come true. So far they have a manicure set and a tote bag that needs filling. You would make my day. Thanks
I will be giving my bridesmaids these lovely pashminas
and a day of pampering that includes mani’s and pedi’s ![]()
My girls will be getting a canvas tote monogrammed in their fave color. These will be filled with a cute vintage pendant with their first initial, a crystal brooch that fits each of their personalities, j crew leather flip flops I got on sale so they can have something cute to change into during the reception, and still looking for other little items to top off their bag.
I am getting them custom clutches and making them jewelry for the wedding. As a special thank you to each of them am having an artist friend do a drawing of me with each bridesmaid in a scene that means a lot from our past and framing it for them - my MOH is my sis and she’s getting one of the two of us racing in the snow ( a tradition we shared every year during the first snaow fall of the season) and for my bridesmaid one of us in chemistry lab ( where we managed to have hilarious mishaps).
I ordered them all clutches from etsy shop: La Vita Lola. I picked out one that fit each of their personalities and the owner of the site, Mara, even helped me design 2 as I wanted the bags to really fit their personalities.
My grown-up girls are getting strings of pearls, fuzzy slippers, and cute tote bags! My little girls are getting the same thing, but instead of pearls, they’re getting blue topaz and sterling silver necklaces.
Matching earrings from Dasha boutique and monogrammed silver compacts. And maybe Pashminas!
I haven’t decided yet what I will be gifting to my maids…but if I get the wraps…that will be gift #1!
i’m giving Helen Ficalora initial necklaces, and hopefully pashminas in cream/ivory!
spa treatments and swarovski key chains and maybe pashminas!
My friends will be getting pearl necklaces (hand strung, found on etsy and gorgeous), pashmina wrap in pale pink , and an evening purse, handmade. They are wearing the LBD (little black dress) and colors are pale pink, shimmery light aqua, and black for accent.
I really wanted them to reuse EVERYTHING they wear again and feel beautiful wearing them. As a woman, who doesn’t love a beautiful little black dress (j crew)? And a soft, elegant pashmina wrap and an evening purse? I’m getting them everything but the dress.
The pashminas would be very much appreciated by them because evenings on the coast are windy and it would feel oh so comforting yet look elegant.
I went a little craft-crazy! I sewed each of the a tote or handbag in their favorite fabrics (ranging from toile to sari silks), covered plain notecards in scrapbook paper, made each girl a pair of earrings to suit their personal style, and a pair for the wedding. I also made aromatherapy bath salts, and purchased a scented candle & bubble bath in their favorite scents. I’d love to give them pashminas because the wedding is in January, and I’m afraid they’ll be cold!
Hand made picture frames, journals, possibly necklaces from Etsy or Hopefully a lovely Pashmina!
I am planning on hand making each of them accessories that fit their style, ie a headband, hairpiece, necklace, or set of earrings. Also, I love to bake, so I’m hoping to make them lots of baked goodies!
I’m planning on giving them pashminas (since the mountains are cool in late April), some stuff from Bath & Body Works (I work there so I buy when it’s on sale!), and making them matching necklaces.
Pear necklaces, clutches and maybe pashminas since it could be hot or chilly in September in upstate NY!
I will be getting my girls their jewelry and makeup day for the wedding.
I’m giving them hair and makeup for the day of the wedding. I planned on putting together a little box of delicious bath products and actually a Pashmina in the color Wheat… oh how this could save me some $$.
evening bags and initial lockets, buit I would love to give them these, too!
Spa gift certifs. I think they deserve a bit of relaxation after all I put them through ![]()
I am giving my girls pearl earrings and I was looking for scarfs or pashminas to give them but I hadn’t found any. These are prefect - I would get them in the vanilla color. Our wedding is in December and I wanted to get them something to keep them at least realtively warm during pictures. I was also going to have the scarfs monogramed. Will defintely consider these if they are in my budget range.
each BM’s has her own personality so we are giving them a gift which really describes them
Sporty one- a gift certificate from REI and new snowboarding gloves
Techy Savy BM’s- gift certificate from Mac and a holder for her Iphone
Girly Girl BM- Spafinder Certificate and a bottle of her favorite wine.
and everyone will have a nice scarf to keep them warm during our winter wedding.
I’m planning on giving them jewelry and clutches and any other cute things I can find!
I’m purchasing my bridesmaids their dresses, but what a fabulous addition to add to their black dresses for the reception! I will take pictures of my bm’s with their beautiful Nimli pashmina scarves for you!
