I recently had a huge argument with one of my bridesmaids — at this point, I really don’t see us making amends. How should I go about telling her I no longer want her to be a part of my wedding? I originally only had 3 bridesmaids — but now that I don’t want her to be in it, how do I ask someone else to be her “replacement”? Isn’t that rude since the potential new BM was not asked in the first place?
