About Mrs. Peep Toe

One Year Ago Today…

December 16th, 2008 @ 4:30 pm by Mrs. Peep Toe

Mr. Peep Toe proposed.

I can still remember how my heart fluttered with excitement the entire day!!

One Year Ago Today... : wedding san francisco Heart

This print is how I feel about Mr. Peep Toe.

I don’t plan on doing anything wedding related today, except love Mr. Peep Toe more…

“For you see, each day I love you more. Today more than yesterday and less than tomorrow.”
Rosemonde Gerard.

Do you remember how you felt the day you got engaged? And do you have a favorite love quote that exemplifies how you feel about your Fiance?

Four years ago I heard this quote and we have been saying it ever since: “When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with someone, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible”

“… See there’s this place in me where your fingerprints still rest, your kisses still linger, and your whispers softly echo. It’s the place where a part of you will forever be a part of me.”

- Gretchen Kemp

my fave…We got engaged this past July 4th (my favorite holiday). It was more than I could have ever asked for and it gets better everyday!

Love does not consist in gazing at each other, but in looking outward in the same direction.
- Antoine de Saint-Exup

This sums us up as best as anything, and I’m planning on using it as our wedding verse, probably on the invites and anything else I can think of. He was the one who showed it to me, and said that’s how he feels about us, we’re a team and nothing will change that. Oh I love him so, and can’t wait to marry him!! :)

BTW, I love the heart image, I totally feel the same way!!

I love that quote, and almost themed my wedding around it. The book quote won me over in the end though.

“Are we not like two volumes of the same book?”

Congrats! I love that quote!

One love quote that I adore is by Robert Frost, one of my favorite poets:

“Two such as you…
Cannot be parted nor swept away
From one another once you are agreed
That life is only life forevermore
Together wing to wing and oar to oar.”

All these quotes are fantastic.

@Lauren Kelly, love that quote. And the 4th is my favorite holiday too.

@Mandy, I think you just summed up how much I love Mr. Peep, “we’re a team and nothing will change that. Oh I love him so, and can’t wait to marry him!!”

PS Mr. Peep was so excited for our engage-iversary that he wanted to go to City Hall today to seal the deal!!
