I dream about high-end shoes all the time. After my run-in with the snotty shoe store lady, I was sure that I would just wear something I already owned. These shoes, however, make me want to rethink that.

I’m confused, I go on Barney’s site every morning hoping to find the perfect pair of ivory Louboutins and I’ve never seen that pair =( I’ve seen it in navy, rust and purple but not ivory. I still don’t see them so I guess I missed out *sniff* Lemme guess, they only had like 1 left in something super tiny like a size 4 right? lol

@Lisa: I just checked, and the white ones are sold out as of this morning. They did have a size 7, 7.5, 8 and 10 yesterday, though. I should have posted this sooner! Sorry!!!
I have taken advantage of the Barney’s sale for my wedding shoes! I had my mind set on getting the most perfect purple shoes for my wedding, when I saw these purple beauties on the Barney’s website a couple months back. Sadly, I couldn’t justify the steep price tag, but would periodically visit the website to drool over them. One day, to my shock and amazement, they were less than half the original price, so I was able to order them! Now I’m so excited, and can’t wait to take tons of purple shoe pictures on my wedding day.

Those first ones are the higher-heeled version of my beloved wedding shoes! Note to anyone purchasing them… unlike most Loubs, they are true-to-size so do not go one size bigger…AND they stretch. I wish we had Barney’s in Canada. *le sigh*
Happy ending: I ended up calling ALL Barney’s stores and finally found a pair of the white CL chiffon peep toes, in my size (and I’m relieved to hear that this pair runs true-to-size as I’ve been all over the map with CL sizes before), in their San Francisco store. So they are now on their way to me… in NJ

For those of us who find Barney’s (even on sale!) outside our spending range, Amazaon.com is also having a huge sale of 70% and more off designer shoes. I got a couple of gorgeous pairs this week for $36 each instead of $200 each!
