Mr. & Mrs.!

The Tea Party: Jell-O Dippin' : wedding pictures recap sacramento 0308 I love this 3-photo series, captioned is our actual conversation at that moment:

“Yay! We did it!”

The Tea Party: Jell-O Dippin' : wedding pictures recap sacramento 0310 “Oh, and hey…”

The Tea Party: Jell-O Dippin' : wedding pictures recap sacramento 0313 “I saw you cryyyy!”
“I don’t cry, I work out!”

The Tea Party: Jell-O Dippin' : wedding pictures recap sacramento 0315 And then it was time for the long walk on gravel with train, in heels, (not recommended) towards portraitville:

The Tea Party: Jell-O Dippin' : wedding pictures recap sacramento 0317 Our group pics are not exciting (we’re not exactly, ehh, picture people). I’m sparing you all from the super boring group shots, but here is a quick glance:

The Tea Party: Jell-O Dippin' : wedding pictures recap sacramento 0321 The Tea Party: Jell-O Dippin' : wedding pictures recap sacramento 0337 I had really reeeaaallly looked forward to the vogue shot, unfortunately most of us are not vogue material. A red light should really have come on when my MOH declared that we needed not to worry because her panties matched that day.

The Tea Party: Jell-O Dippin' : wedding pictures recap sacramento 0347 See what I mean? It doesn’t get much more awkward than these two! Except maybe…

The Tea Party: Jell-O Dippin' : wedding pictures recap sacramento 0344

… us! While others dip like smooth guacamole, I dip mo’ like a bowl of Jell-O. Have you tried dipping in a bowl of Jell-O? ’Nuf said. Witness the stiffness of FAIL Blog caliber.

The Tea Party: Jell-O Dippin' : wedding pictures recap sacramento Clipboa04 The boys did a tad better with me out of the way.

The Tea Party: Jell-O Dippin' : wedding pictures recap sacramento 0041 A side view of the inevitable ’line up’ family portraits.

The Tea Party: Jell-O Dippin' : wedding pictures recap sacramento 0347a (Photo by my friend Rob)

Well, at least one of us knows how to strike a pose!

The Tea Party: Jell-O Dippin' : wedding pictures recap sacramento 0361 It’s safe to say I prefer the candids. However, since group portraits are pretty much standard at weddings, what are your favorite ways to spice them up?

I thought the dipped looked great! At least you didn’t fall down!! I really like the dip where all of your wedding party has their hands up in the air! Such a cool shot!

you look beautiful and I love that 3 photo series of you two! I totally relate about the posed shots - I could NOT pull them off at all :)

I love the recap of your conversation. And I think posed shots are still great!

I’m sure my dip will be much scarier…I’ll probably end up in the dirt!

A dip works as long as you don’t fall. I can’t even imagine. I think the trick to a dip is your facical expression and not looking worried. I think Travis did a great job with your group shots of staggering people instead of just lining people up.
