Missing Polaroids Somethin’ Fierce?

January 13th, 2009 @ 11:53 am by Mrs. Powder Puff

Well buck up, my friend. I have just discovered the most awesome program ever to solve all of your woes! And the best part? It’s free!

The Polardroid Project is a really cool program that allows you to turn any of your pictures into Polaroids! All digital, of course. You can even “shake” the pictures to make them load faster.

I went to town after downloading this nifty little gadget—here’s some of my work. I saved these pics a little before they were finished to give them an antique look.

Faboo, no? This would be really cute for a Blurb book, or even for save the dates.

Do you have any cool internet applications you’d like to share?

poladroid.net does the same thing. I know they’re working on a Windows version, but I believe it’s only available for Macs right now.

@Alli: That is where I got the program. They are finished with the Windows version. I’ve been waiting for it for awhile, since I don’t own a Mac! :)@Elaine: I love them! So cute. :)

@Mrs. Emerald: Nothing yet, I haven’t figured out a cool way to slip them in! I may use them to edit some of our wedding photos and put them in the Blurb book I’m planning on making our parents.
