We’ve been working hard to push out avatars tonight, and they’re finally live on both the blog and the boards!

Avatars are Live! : wedding announcements Untitled 3

To upload your avatar:

Log in at the top of the page if you aren’t already
Click “view your profile”
Click “upload an avatar”
Upload an image that’s ideally 50px in width and less than 150px high

Voila! Your avatar should appear! Please comment below or on this board thread to make sure your avatar is working!

I saw that… something saying, “user has not yet uploaded an avatar” I was all excited… cant wait to see everyones avatars… its going to be colorful…!!!

Yeah I can’t figure out how to do it. Maybe when they are ready someone could do a tutorial on the boards. But now that I have an icon — does that mean I shouldn’t do an avatar? Probably — oh well I look forward to seeing everyone elses!

@Sparkles: haha sparkles. miss piglet actually updated a post of hers that went live earlier today (we took it down while she was updating it), and she just finished so we put it in between my two posts… that’s why i changed the text. but yes it is hard to resist!

I love this. I usually look at the left side when reading the posts to see if the comment is from a bee, a member, or a guest. This is so much better.
