I’m sorry to have been so incommunicado lately, but I’m back from MaPo’s simply spectacular wedding!

Unfortunately I caught the black death that’s been going around, and worse, Paco was attacked by a doggie while we were in Chicago. He’s doing okay, but needs pretty constant supervision to make sure he leaves his stitches alone. I hope to start recapping the trip and MaPo’s simply spectacular wedding very soon!

1) Awwww, your poor puppy!
2) LOVE Mr. Meatball’s apron — I’m not lactose intolerant, I just enjoy a good pun. 
3) Props to MaPo on her flower choice. Looks like ranunculus and dahlia? If so, two of my faves!
I apologize for your dog’s trauma, on behalf of the greater Chicagoland.
The wedding looks lovely! I hope Paco is okay now. Poor little thing. And the aprons are hysterical - did everyone get one or did you bring them?

Poor Puppy!! It’s just about the saddest thing when a dog has to wear a cone - poor little guy!

MB - put a child’s t-shirt, backwards, on Paco. Ya know? His tail through the head hole and his legs through the armholes, then knot it above his back. Voila! Alternatively, there are much better ways to keep him from getting to that wound than the lampshade — I bet he can twist around to get to it! PM me if you want more suggestions. I’ve got a billion of them!

Oh poor Paco! I saw the pic and had to do a double take, we have a white fluffy gal in our life, and the same thing happened to her this summer! She ended up in doggy intensive care for a few weeks, but multiple surgeries later she is 110% better! I hope he gets better quickly!!
Poor lil’ Paco, he looks just as miserable as we’ve been without you around.
We (me, Max & Simba, my puppies) hope Paco is doing well.
Don’t you just love that probably 90% of the comments are well wishes for him?
