While Champ was away at a Super Bowl party, I was doing our programs and… um… wearing my wedding ring. 
Champ has been so serious about the wedding rings, he insisted that I not pick them up any sooner than they really needed to be, so they’ve been sitting at the jeweler for a few months. Well the time has come, and I picked them up just in time for a little trial run.
Mine is an eternity band with diamonds similar to the side stones on my engagement ring. His has a little bling too—it’s a platinum band with a “satin finish” (whatever that means) and princess cut diamonds. Champ says it makes him feel like a diva—he pranced around the house saying, “I’m Whitney Houston, bi@%ch.” He’d kill me if he knew I told you that—good thing he doesn’t read Weddingbee.
I wanted to see what my ring would look like in an everyday setting, so I “casually” brushed back my hair to get an idea. Don’t you ever wonder if your ring looks different to other people than to you? I do.
So I had fun cheating a little, but it’s not going to be nearly as much fun as exchanging rings and vows with my future diva. 
Anyone else cheat a little when he’s not around?!

Talk about bling! Love it. We get ours next week and Mr. Peep has already given me permission to wear it around the house- I am so freakin excited.
I wish I could cheat but my honey is smart: our bands are safely stored away with his MOTHER in Los Angeles. I don’t get to my beautiful ring until February 28th.
We just picked up our bands on Sunday and I begged him to wear it that day only. What harm would one day do, right? Well, he would only let me wear it while I drove us home from the super bowl party (I think he had a drunk moment of weakness) and I haven’t rescued it from its hiding place yet (not hiding from me, but from any burglers - yes, we are paranoid). I love love love it and can’t wait to wear it everyday!

I totally ‘practiced’ wearing mine. We had the band custom made- and while I liked the band, at first, I didn’t like how it looked with my ering.
I think after so many months of admiring my ering by itself I just wasn’t used to seeing it paired with the band.
So, I ‘practiced’ a bit and after a few sessions, I love how they look together.
My e-ring is part of a bridal set, so the wedding ring came with the engagement ring. I keep it in a safe, but sometimes I do cheat and put it on. The wedding ring is very dainty, so it’s not much of a change from my engagement ring.
Chunky and delicious! The only cheating I’ve done (since we haven’t received our wedding bands yet) is preen around the house in my gown while Mr is away!
when mine came, I wore it until he got home, and he teased me, and said to take it off, but I just said I needed to try it out (since there wasn’t an exact match for my e-ring, isn’t that weird?)
We are 22 months away and I am so excited to buy them. We are hoping to go sometime this month. I know I’ll cheat!

Pretty rings. I got my wedding band for Valentine’s day, 2 months after the proposal. I couldn’t wait to wear it. I’d pull it out of my drawer and put it on just for a few minutes. One day, now my husband, saw me and laughed, then he said it was bad luck……we both laughed….I didn’t pay attention to the superstition so I continued to wear it for a few minutes. I love looking at it in the mirror.
i wore my bands to sleep every night.
when DH took them to get tcleaned before the wedding our salesperson totally called me out on wearing them
Mine came as a set so I’ve had it ever since my fiancee proposed 1 year ago. Every once in a while I put it on. I can’t wait until I get to keep it on.
Haha I wore mine around the house when we first got it. Its sitting in the box with his,and I bring them out from time to time so we can wear them and pretend to be married. I may bring them out and do some ring shots with them before the wedding

I misplaced mine for about a week, so we agreed to put it in the safe until the wedding. Knowing I wouldn’t see it for awhile, I asked if I could try it on one more time. He let me, and I’m sort of glad it is in a safe, otherwise I’d be “cheating” frequently!
OMG so pretty! ahaha I totally cheat too =P My engagement ring is a heirloom (his grandmothers) who has a matching band. He showed me the band to ask me if I’d like to take a look and see if I wanted it, since then I’ve held on to it and put it on when I want to see more sparkles lol. I asked him if I could start wearing it now.. he just glares =P

I couldn’t bring myself to cheat! I did once just to take photos for my blog, but I put it right back afterwards! I don’t blame you, though! Yours is gorgeous!
You’re too cute Miss Champ. My ring was custom and came from the family jeweler in NYC. When I unpacked it, I did a big silly happy dance.
My husbands ring looks just like your FI’s ring but without the stones. He refused diamonds….better for me because it was of course MUCH cheaper.

We both cheated for a day, the day we got them. We told each other we’d just wear then for the day and then put them in the closet with the rest of our growing wedding supplies. It was really exciting! I can’t wait until we can wear them for real

You are so cute. I don’t think I’ll be cheating with mine. A) We haven’t ordered it yet (I know — 50 days and counting), and B) mine’s a plain band, so it’s not too exciting.
Mine’s a set, so I’ll have it right away. I have no idea HOW it can stay in the box for over a year…. (It will get lonely! I’ll HAVE to take it out ‘for visits’. LOL.)
I did too! But then our jeweler told us that in Ireland it’s back luck (he’s Irish) to wear it before the wedding day. So even so I’d looooove to wear it more I try to refrain.
Mr. Latte is holding onto my wedding band for this exact reason!!! But I would be wearing it every day if it were in my possession…
Nice bling!! Very pretty. I have my wedding band sitting in the top drawer of my nightstand. I just took it out last week and wore it around for awhile. Shhh…
Yes, I wonder if it looks different to other people. And yes I cheated (wore it home from the jewelers… and tried it on several times afterwards).

We kept mine in the nightstand so just about every night before I went to bed I wore it for few minutes. I couldn’t wait!
I always wonder what my rings look like to other people- I stare at my hand kind of often (and so does DH- he’s very proud of himself) and sometimes stare in the mirror to get a different view.
