A few of you asked to see the details on our CD place cards. As you may recall, I used the same belly band on our invitations, designed the CD layout using one of Avery’s free templates, and Goccoed each page and the CD itself.
I shamelessly used Mrs. Tiramisu’s “All you need is Love Songs” layout because I love it so much!
We included our first dance song, “Bless the Broken Road”, by Rascal Flats, and songs that fit our style. like “Follow Through” by Gavin DeGraw, and “Everything” by Michael Buble. If you’re looking for a great alternative version of the classic song “Fever”, listen to Sophie Milman’s take on the song—it’s wonderful. We paid for each song (one purchase per seven burns per song, following iTunes policy), and were able to use some of our iTunes gift cards we got for Christmas, making this DIY relatively inexpensive!

In addition to the CD, we included a card with details on how guests can share their photos with us on flickr.com. Each guest’s table will be found on the back of the CD.
The only thing I wish we could have changed was to have each person’s menu choice somehow visible to the wait staff. As it is, the waiters will just ask each guest what they chose for their entree. No biggie, but it’s an extra step for them.
How are you indicating to your wait staff what your guests will be eating?
