So Fresh and So Clean, Clean

I love playing with different fragrances. I’ll layer a scented body lotion under a refreshing body splash, or wear different perfumes depending on the weather, my mood, etc.

I’ve always known I wanted something special to wear on W day. Since I like and wear such a variety of scents, I don’t really have one that’s my “signature”. You know what that means — time to go shopping!!

Our wedding is outdoors in April. Thus, I wanted a fragrance that evoked springtime, was light and airy, and fresh and clean. After sniffing (what seemed like) hundreds of different scents I think we’ve found a winner, something worthy of becoming my signature bridal scent—

Fresh Lemon Sugar!

I pretty much love all of Fresh’s products and this fragrance is no exception. Upon first whiff it evoked all of the words and feelings I was hoping for in a scent. Hooray!

I love FRESH!! It’s the shampoo and lotion they use at the hotel we are getting married at!! So I’ll surely be using it on our wedding day!

Fresh is ALWAYS awesome…their products are amazing. I haven’t use the Lemon Sugar before, but I have used just the Sugar perfume…delish. Great reminder as I think about perfumes that will be fresh and beautiful but not overpowering!

I love fresh. The lychee sugar is my favorite scent. But I’ll be using my favorite fragrance of all time — Trish McEvoy’s Blackberry Vanilla — for my wedding.

I actually just found my new favorite perfume. I wear it almost every day, but I plan to wear it on our wedding day, too! It’s sweet and lovely, and I want my FH to smell me and think that I smell familiar and wonderful.

Mine is Christian Dior’s The One. Apropos, no?

Fresh Sugar is my signature scent, but I also have Sugar Lemon for when I’m feeling a little sassier. Ha ha. It’s a lovely scent!

I don’t know what I’m wearing, but this one sounds so yummy! I hate frangrances that are, in my words, “unnapproachable”. With that scent, I feel like like everyone would want to be close to me!

How funny, I JUST bought Fresh Sugar Lemon. I will not be wearing it for my wedding since my fiance (who obviously has better taste in women than he has in fragrances) thinks it smells like citronella. But he’s the only person so far that hasn’t gone totally nuts for it.

I discovered this scent on a friend of mine recently and practically assaulted her trying to get a “close up” smell. Much to both our delights, later that day I ordered some of my own! And I’m a very picky (hmm seems to be a common theme for me..) scents person, too!
