We often get emails from people with suggestions for improving Weddingbee. They usually start with: “There’s no “suggestion box” on Weddingbee, so I’m not sure where to send this…”
So we just built a Suggestion Box! It’s called “Weddingbee Ideas” and you can find it here:
Here’s how it works: you can submit ideas and vote/comment on your favorite ones. We’ll review every single idea, and do our best to implement the ones with the most votes! We hope it will be a great way to tap the collective wisdom of the hive, and to make sure we’re building stuff you guys want.
This is especially important since we’ve started releasing a lot more features! Here’s what we’ve done just since the start of the New Year:
Phew! We’re looking forward to building many more features, but we want to make sure they’re features you’ll use and love. So please help us out by submitting ideas… and voting and commenting too!

Love this, great idea! Just one question, though…will there be a link from the homepage and/or boards for easy access to this? For now do we just search for it? Or, am I a big dork and it’s right in front of my eyes and I just don’t see it?
Yup, we’ll be adding links to it soon! As soon as we get a bunch of ideas in the system, we’ll probably add an IDEAS module under the CLASSIFIEDS module…

Just a question - and I didn’t want to start a whole new ‘idea’ about it:
But on the ideas board, it seems that if you comment without specifically putting in a vote for the number of stars you give an idea, the system automatically gives you 5 stars? I think this may be throwing off the whole point of having the star system. Is there any way to turn that off - only count or record stars when a person intentionally clicks the stars?
