10. I stumbled upon them. I wasn’t even looking for shoes when I was at David’s Bridal the other day, and then BAM… there they were! I love it when that happens.
9. They are dyeable. I can have them dyed to match my somewhere-in-between-white-and-ivory dress, or get a punch of color by going for a nice shade of celadon green. Oh, and dyeing at David’s will only cost $3!
8. They are comfortable! They seriously have the potential to stay on my feet all night. They feel that good when I have them on.
7. They fit! When you have size 11 feet, it’s hard to find cute shoes in your size, so finding this pair was a huge relief.
6. The heel is the right height! I’ll be able to verify this for certain on Saturday when I have my first gown fitting, but from my initial calculations, they will be just the right height to eliminate the need to hem my dress. With all of the beading at the bottom, I’m excited that I won’t have to pay extra fees for alterations and beading.
5. They are satin! I love how the sheen of the fabric makes them look glamorous without being too over-the-top on the shiny factor.
4. They are peep toes! I have never owned a pair of peep toes before (this comes back to the cute, affordable shoes in my size issue) and I love that I get to wear my first pair on my wedding day!
3. They are accented with rhinestone buckles! I love how that gives them just the right amount of sparkly!
2. They were on clearance! As a bargain shopper, there is nothing better than getting something you need and love for way less than you expected to pay.

Yea! Congrats on finding the perfect shoes! I’m excited to see if you dye them ivory or a color that pops. 
Great choice! I bought ones that look just like these in fuchsia, but they look equally gorgeous in white. =)
They’re just like mine! And I think it was the DB’s ones that originally inspired me (I got the Dyeables Onyx in the end).
The great thing about the DB website is that you can actually see them in all the different colours.
Lovely! I had a problem matching colours to my off-white not quite ivory gown, but I ended up just getting a ‘antique rose’ pair which I’ll definitely wear again.

they look just like the manolo blaniks, Carrie on sex and the city lost when she went to the baby shower that required them to take off their shoes. (it was just on television last night)

I got my shoes dyed at DB’s too! And I’m completely in love with them. However, they told me it would be for no additional cost so I guess ask around!

I know that the #1 reason needs to be that they are comfortable.

I just bought these same shoes the other night. I am in love with them too! I had them dyed lapis which is a really dark purple. I can’t wait to wear them!!!!
Aw, your delight is infectious! They’re beautiful… and $3 to dye them? Why, that’s reason enough to get a second pair so you can do BOTH colors!

Congrats on the perfect shoes! Mine also fell into my lap - one day I randomly decided to Google “sapphire shoe” and there they were! On clearance, with only two sizes left, one of them being mine! And they were also the perfect height so my dress doesn’t need to be hemmed - so, congrats, I know the feeling and it’s a GREAT one!!

@NYCPrincess: I’m not sure if they carry them online. And if they are putting them on clearance, I’m guessing they are just trying to get rid of their in-store stock.

I wore these exact same shoes in my BFF’s wedding! They were died this really beachy blue. Gorgeous!
OMG-I wore them too! Actually, I still wear them (mine are a nice deep red, so I sport them every holiday season). They’re SUPER comfortable and really do stay on your feet all night!
My reasons to love my shoes are almost exactly the same as yours! Mine have pearl embellishments instead of rhinestones, but everything else applies.
I am looking for shoes in green just like that, or maybe sans rhinestones, now that I know DB dyes shoes for $3 I’ll have to give them a chance

Marissa…*sigh* I wish there was a way to wear them again, mine were Ivory and amazing, but I do have to admit they came off pretty soon after the ceremony.

Congratulations on such an awesome SCORE!! I completely feel your pain having huge feet myself. It’s even worse when your feet are 1/2 a size different as are mine! Finding shoes to fit a size 10 1/2 and 11 that arent flip flops is the greatest challenge I’ve had to overcome! Giving birth to 2 BIG babies was easier!!
