About Mrs. Deviled Egg

It looks like our wedding invitations aren’t the only invites circulating among our guests. Recently, I was giving an invitation to my bridal shower!

April Showers Bring May Weddings : wedding bridal shower Shower Invite2 shower-invite2

My bridesmaids are working together to throw me a bridal shower at the end of this month.

The shower itself isn’t a surprise, as I had input on the date and guest list, but I really don’t know anything else about it. This invite was my first hint of what’s to come.

I’m sure I can look forward to yummy food, fun games, creative decorations and an amazing afternoon with family and friends in celebration of the upcoming wedding. I’m really excited to see what they have planned for me and to have an opportunity to spend time with so many of the wonderful women in my life. All in all, I’m sure I’ll be pleasantly surprised by what my bridesmaids are putting together!

Was all or any part of your bridal shower a surprise?

I’m starting to wonder if ours — Mr. Bru and I told our bridal party we wanted to go co-ed — will be a surprise. ;-)

My bridal shower is at the end of the month too! It was going to be a surprise, but with everyone being so busy, they nixed the surprise and worked with me on the date!

I love the invitation! I had to help my mom a lot because of her broken arm, but Mr. Taffy’s family is also throwing us a shower next month. I know the time and date, but that’s it!

My shower was a total surprise. All I knew was the date, place and time but my sister and mom, aunts, and bridesmaids planned the whole thing and it was perfect. I had such a great time being surprised.

That is a really cute invite! I haven’t had any of my showers yet, so I don’t know if there will be any surprises :)

I’m like you - told them my availability but know nothing about it - it’s so exciting!
