So, I know that a fair amount of wedding attire is focused on the bride, but let’s give the grooms some credit here. Mr. D is tall and lean, which makes it surprisingly hard to find a well-fitting suit. We were entertaining the possibility of a bespoke suit, when we stumbled upon this website.

I can’t personally vouch for the fabrics and quality, since we haven’t been able to go in for Mr. D to be measured, or to feel the fabrics. What I can say however, is that this site is a lot of fun to play around with!

The choices are endless! Lucky for us, Mr. D and I seem to have similar suit tastes. You can customize practically anything. A Suit That Fits gives you tons of options to play with, such as the 2 or 3 piece suit, colored linings, vests, buttons, pockets - the list goes on!

I enjoy playing around with the options and sending them to Mr. D. Even if you’re not considering a custom suit, it’s a good way to get a feel for the styles you and your mister enjoy. I dig their blog too - check it out!

Mr. Ducky only want to wear a suit. I think we want to find a charcoal gray to rent. Any suggestions on where to do that?

My fiance and the groomsmen will be wearing navy blazers with khakis, I’m not sure how we will get them all to match, as my fi and his brother are really tall.

The custom suit sounds great, it may be an option we look into as well!

I would love for Mr. Beagle to wear a suit…. but I think he’s leaning toward the traditional tux (do I have the only groom that wants to wear a tux?!?).

My FI is deadset on wearing a tux but I think a black tux would stand out in a bad way at our wedding! (Think informal morning summer wedding!) I hope this site has something else he might consider!

You should check out tomjames.com . They have a variety of fabrics to choose from and have a professional tailor that comes to you for measurement and consultation. It’s fantastic. My fiance got a custom tux from them.

@ Miss Beagle: You’re not alone, my guy insists on a tux too. I love the look of guys in suits, but I just keep telling myself he didn’t pick my dress, so I guess I can’t pick his out fit either
