Where did we leave off? Oh yes…
I was getting my makeup done.

So, my makeup is on, and I mentioned that my Dad had a surprise for me (okay, us…). My dad is a vintage car collector, and he has about 10 vintage cars, some tractors, and a few vintage fire trucks that are completely restored. He’s sort of a work-a-holic, so getting a junky car and then having it restored (by someone else) is like a vacation for him. After they’re all restored and shiny again, he either puts them in his little car museum, or he pimps them out with SIRIUS radio and drives cross-country. He actually drove one of the new ones all the way from Georgia to Vegas, but he wanted to get his baby girl something special.
Enter Dream Car Rentals in Las Vegas. He got us this cool, classic Cadillac, to make sure we arrived in style!

So cool!
Okay, moving right along…
Now it’s time to put on my dress. Can I just say that I think my dress is the most beautiful wedding gown I’ve ever seen? I’m so in love with it, and that’s the way it should be! Ladies, go with your gut on your dress choice. Don’t settle!! Thank you, Priscilla of Boston!

Secret: My “something blue” was my blue thong. It was at the last minute that I realized I didn’t plan that whole thing out, so I just grabbed a blue thong out of my drawer, and VOILA! Something blue! You can kind of see it in the picture below. You’re welcome!

My sister was there all morning helping me get ready and making sure I was ok. She’s really awesome, if you were wondering.

This is a great shot of the back of my dress. YUM. I love it.

These next 2 photos were heavily airbrushed to make me look thin. Thanks, Cohens! Smooch!

It fits! YEEEESSSSSSS!
I’m all dressed, and now it’s time to put on the veil. Uh, here’s where things start to get silly. It looks good from the side, right? Great.

“Make sure it gets on there straight, okay?” Yeah. All the bridesmaids and some other family members all agreed it looked great and not like I paid $10 on eBay for it… which I totally did.

So what the heck is so silly? The freakin’ veil was put on upside down and backwards.
See below. HAHAHA. I even looked in the mirror and determined it looked ’aight. Idiot.
**Sneak peek of our first look. More to come, soon!
Anyways, thank you, big sis, for helping me get dressed! I couldn’t have gotten through my morning without you.

Up next, the first look.
