Much to Mr. Peep’s chagrin, we will not be serving cocktails at our wedding. Not even a signature cocktail. In order to serve even just a signature cocktail, we’d incur a $300 charge to have a bartender (we don’t need a bartender to serve beer and wine- just a server). And at $10 per signature drink, it just didn’t sound like a smart investment.
But we will be serving signature drinks! Do you want to know how?
Well, I’ve talked about how we are going to be serving sparkling wine made by Mr. Peep’s own hands, so I am going to jazz up our beer and wine selection.
The hotel has agreed to waive the corkage for our ’cocktail’ hour if we bring in our own wine, so we are dipping into our own stash, and this is what I have come up with:

Here’s where my cute phrases end short. Rosé is my absolute favorite (I can’t drink red due to migraines—damn histamines!!). But I can’t think of a cute phrase for the Rosé that I like. I’d love some help!

We are not having signature drinks either.. just beer & wine (and maybe some margaritas if I’m lucky). I like how you are providing a variety.
I like the blushing bride name. That’s a cute menu you have going on. Much more sentimental. We aren’t doing signature drinks either, but we have an open bar so they will be happy tipsy guests!
What kind of sparkling white is it? You could do bellinis or mimosas too

A rose (can’t get the accent on the “e” here!) by any other name would smell as sweet.
Don’t know if you wanted to go all literary quote-like with your cute phrase!
I was going to suggest a play on “rose colored glasses” until I realized it’s actually a negative thing - sorta means you’re naive!
Something simple like “Toast the happy couple by sharing in some of the bride’s favorite rose” might work . . . not clever or fancy but it’s all I muster up!

We’re also only serving beer & wine (b/c our venue doesn’t have a liquor license), so I may have to steal this idea

I was going to suggest the same thing as Mighty Sapphire - but I would quote the actual song title “La vie en rose”
Those are some sweet sayings. I can’t help you with the rose, but I know you’ve got some suggestions and will come up with something good!
Genius idea! I’ll have to pop back in with an idea for a cute saying.
You could also pun off of the name of the rose wine, saying something about “cellar”bration or “best cellar.” 
Maybe something about celebrating the “day of wine and roses” Or “a rose is a rose is a rose.” Sorry I can’t insert an accent but it actually might be cute to play with the word anyway.
