Okay, you’ve seen our lovely sneaky peek and you know you’re all super jealous of the Ugly Hug Face *wink, wink, nudge, nudge*. So, lets move on to the less ugly more glamorous shots.

Earlier this month, Mr French Bulldog and I met David, Kimi, and April of Ohana Photography at The Montage Laguna Beach, where Mr Frenchie proposed.
Here we are on that very bench.
Looking at the photos I am continually amazed by how lucky we are to live in such a beautiful area.

Oh my gosh I LOVE that sky in the last one — did it just totally open up minutes after the picture was taken?!
And the fourth one down is so cute, and reminds me of one of the Bruschettas’ favorite commercials (because yeah, I really really enjoy commercials): “Maybe little pinch?” Can anyone name the company/product? 
I LOVE the third from last picture, looking up towards the two of you, with the palm tree in the background! Gorgeous!! My fiance and I had our engagment pictures taken at the restaurant where we first met. They turned out amazing, and I’m so glad we had them taken.
Ohhhhhhh, I love the last one!!!! You two are so cute!!
Love your shots! You’re right, the surroundings are gorgeous. If we were to do them, we’d probably go to the local park and downtown. It would significant for us as this is a city we chose to move to together!

We had ours done in the Park in my hometown where he proposed to me in Nov.
gosh what do i have to do to get ohana, i can’t get enough of their work - they are fabulous and the NICEST people as well.
That last one is SO dramatic! For some reason it reminds me of America’s Next Top Model - I think its the ‘fierceness’ and the wind blowing your hair deal!!

I love the crabby pinch one! The photog says “ok now pinch each other..” and you say “I’m gonnnnna geeeet you!!!’ and he says “uhh…umm ok, *pinch pinch??” lol. haha that one made me smile
@Miss Bruschetta: Honda Element? and the sky was funny that day - when we got there is was really sunny and then close to the end of our shoot that cloud cover came and it got colder and windy and then about 20 mins later, that passed and it was sunny again
@Miss Marine: That is pretty much how it went LOL!
We took our engagement photos at my old apartment building in Arlington, VA. I just moved out a couple weeks ago, and the building had a gorgeous rooftop garden that overlooked the city and also some funky stairwells where we took some photos as well. This worked great for us because we got several locations in one and since we’re shy, we didn’t have to worry about a lot of onlookers!

Those pictures are lovely, and the sky in the last one is AMAZING! We are trying to decide right now on some great local locations for our engagement shoot this fall. It’s kind of frustrating because we definitely want the pictures to have some emotional significance, but our photog (who we LOVE) keeps pushing these generic locations on us that everyone around here has used. *sigh*
