Last night, the Boston bees descended on Radius in the Financial District. The usual bar crowd — guys doing post-work drinks in corporate uniforms — didn’t know what hit them.
Check out the hotties! These bees bring all the boys to the yard.
The conversation was great, the drinks were flowing, and the sliders were delicious. It was such a treat to meet all these ladies in person and to hear about the exciting events, wedding- and non-wedding-related, going on in their lives.
And of course we couldn’t leave without a group shot of all the bloggers: here’s Mrs. Toucan (working the sexy red-carpet pose), Miss Gloss, Mrs. Corn (and Baby Corn), Miss Latte, and me.
Thanks to all the ladies (and Baby Corn) for showing up, and to Miss Gloss for organizing! Looking forward to the next get together!
It looks like you all had an amazing time! I am hoping that the Chicago bees have another get together this summer sometime! I’d love to meet others on the site!!!

Mrs. HC that was fast! I had a great time, too, it was nice meeting everyone, it was a good turn out too!
Ha ha…there was no belly rubbing…but the Kernel really liked his Virgin Raspberry Lemonade…for you ladies who weren’t there…it was served up in a big ‘ole Mai Tai glass. I was the first one there, so you can imagine how silly it looked for me to be at the bar sans wedding rings (my fingers are too swollen), pregnant as all get out, sipping an unknown drink out of a Mai Tai glass and surrounded by Financial District man-clones!!
I had a great time - sorry I had to head out early. And thanks to Gloss for coordinating and HC for posting so fast!

Haha, Corn. You’re such a lush that’s about to pop! Heh, get it?!? Okay, I’m moving on now.
