No, I’m not talking about a cheesy late-night phone commercial, I’m talking about a really cute bridal or bachelorette party idea. I’m sure I’m not the only one on Weddingbee going to festivities for other brides, so I thought I’d share a gift idea I wish I’d come up with.
For my friend Krissi’s recent bachelorette party, her sister, Britt, found this really cute poem online:
For each stanza of the poem she put the corresponding panty on the line.
From left to right she has Bridal Panties with a veil, a sexy black lacy pair, a sexy red lacy pair, a leopard print pair, the pink or blue pair, a cute pair that ties on the side, and a sassy ruffly pair by Honeydew. Britt said she found most of them at Fredrick’s and Nordstom Rack.
What are some cute shower gift ideas you’ve seen or used?
This is too fun! My ladies did this for me, and I had to guess who got me what undies! Needles to say, I now have a collection of sexy undies!

Did they clear it with the bride before the invites went out? Because I’d like my honeymoon panties to be between me and my hubby not my MIL!

I’ve used this before when I helped throuw a friend’s Lingerie Shower. She and the other guests LLLOOOOVVEEEEDD it! We also played the “LEFT-RIGHT” game where there are a few gifts spaced out around the guests and I read a story. Everytime they hear left, they passed the gift to the left, and everytime they hear right, they passed it right. Whoever had the gift when I was done got to keep it. I’ve never heard of this before! Hilarious! It looks like a ton of fun. Ill have to keep this idea in my backpocket for future bridal showers. 
at my bachelorette party this weekend, my girl friends made me hang up every piece of lingerie I got! Really cute idea!
This is so cute, and totally not trashy like many other lingerie ideas you see. I’m totally stealing this idea for my roommate’s shower!!
@Sakoro: Her sister did the panty line and I don’t think she actually thought she would wear the panties for what they poem says they were for… it was all in good fun
My Mom did this at my shower a couple of months ago! I loved it. Everyone loved it. She actually had her best friend read the poem to the room of ladies as my mother pulled the panty line out of a large bag at the appropriate part & my niece held up the other end of the line. It was a huge hit and the pictures are priceless.
