On Friday, we were invited to have dessert with some friends. I made these ice cream cupcakes to take along and share.
They are really easy to make.

Did I miss it or is there no recipe? How are they made? FI would love these for his bday!
@GaBGal: there’s no recipe! all I did was let different flavors of ice cream soften, and then I spread them into cupcake liners and refroze them. I added crushed graham cracker or oreo to the bottoms of some of them to make a crust.
Love them - I will definitely have to make these for my next dinner party, I like the idea of the crust and garnish (perfect portion control)!!!- thanks for sharing
